Even though Dina never hides from strangers, she does tend to act aloof around them. But she seemed to get along really well with Lauren the first time they met. While I was away during the summer, Lauren did a great job taking care of Dina. I love that she recorded what she did with Dina during every visit in details. She definitely cares a lot about the animals she takes care of! Dina had a good time with her. She even gained a little weight (definitely not overweight though) from all that pampering. Both dogs came out looking perfect. She made a few judgment calls on the grooming style, which I really appreciated and they turned out to be exactly the right choices. It's clear she has a great eye for what works best for dogs shape and size. One thing I noticed right away was how incredibly soft they felt, almost like little stuffed animals. I'm not sure if it's her technique, tools, or both, but the difference was amazing. She even left eyelashes on my little girl schnauzer!! Both of them were feeling themselves afterwards and pranced around like show dogs! When we went to the park, I got compliments from everybody that walked by!
