I was able to locate that same toy at this shop. The price was very reasonable! The order arrived sooner than expected. A staff member reached out to me to tell me of a delay in the shipping, but the item ended up arriving when expected. My cat is very happy with his replacement toy. I will be ordering from this shop again in the future. A nice touch to the item, was that it let me know who packaged the item, which to me, showed that it was packaged with care.

Walk this Way (Sandy) has been so accommodating in these situations. My husband and I are also provided with such piece of mind knowing that a walker familiar with Larry will come to see him. My dog is hesitant to trust people and she LOVES our walker (I think that's a pretty great review in and of itself!!). They are so accommodating and responsive (an non-judgmental of messy homes!) . The moment that made me trust this company forever: one day, our dog walker (Faith) came in and found my dog had thrown up in her crate. She immediately picked up and cuddled my still-puke-covered dog because she was crying, and cuddled and comforted her. Faith then cleaned up the soiled toys and tried to clean the bed, and when she realized the bed would need a deeper clean, she found a replacement and made sure my dog was ok before she went back in the crate. Faith texted me everything and kept me updated, and she even volunteered to come out and check on my dog in a couple of hours if I could not get back from work. That sort of care is not something you can put a price on, and I am so grateful. If I could give ten stars, I absolutely would!

She didn't call OR text that an email was sent and relied on her email being gotten in a time efficient manner even though she told me to check my "spam folder"for her emails! If you know that your emails could end up there why not simply call! Horrible! I definitely wouldn't recommend this service to anyone else. What a waste of time and effort. THE ONE STAR REVIEWS aren't lying! BELIEVE THEM! Her "reply" confirms exactly what I stated. I spoke with her over the phone ONCE in nearly TWO WEEKS... and had to rely on hoping I saw her email that would be sent to my "spam folder". PLEASE NOTICE THE LACK OF ACCOUNTABILITY (is that who you want to be in YOUR home and attempting to care for YOUR beloved pet(s)?!!!!) Hire this service at your OWN RISK! I was a little dubious given the state of her house and yard, both of which were in a high state of neglect. But I was desperate for that weekend, so I dropped them off on Friday. The weekend turned rainy, so I let Sarah know on Saturday evening that I was returning early and the dogs would not be staying over on Sunday nite. I arrived home on Sunday at 11am and called to pick them up. Sarah informed me that she would be home at 3pm and I could get them then. Later, she asked for 3:15. When I arrived at 3:30 ish, she was just getting home. Obviously, she was not home most of the day Sunday to care for the dogs, which is what she was being paid for. She later sent me a bill for the whole 3 overnights amount, $300. When I called her to dispute this, she claimed that I hadn't given 24 hour notice, which I had. But she also became very argumentative. I told her she could have $300 with a review or $250 without one. She did not respond to this and a couple of weeks later, after not hearing from her, I tried to pay her through her website. The website was not working, so I sent her cash through PayPal. I added a note that I was paying this way because her website wasn't working. I still did not hear back from her so I eventually called PayPal to be sure she had received the money, which she had. A couple of weeks later, I received my AMEX bill and saw that she had already billed AMEX for the full amount. And she took the PayPay money as well. Responsible? NO. Flexible? NO Honest? NO I would never recommend this business nor this caretaker. I would worry about her house falling apart and no one being home with the dogs. And I had to block her from calling or texting me. Buyer beware.

Super easy to navigate, schedule services, and communicate with the team. After every walk, we received updates with details and photos, which was very reassuring while being away from our pup.
