Only reason why I am not giving them a 5 star was because first time I took my dog and they gave her a nail trim, I think they trimmed it too close to the base so my dog's nail was bleeding a little but not where it was hurting her and she couldn't walk or was limping. It's just the blood got onto my car seats and I didn't realize that until I already drove off and was close to home. I still go back to them because they do take care of my dogs well and communication is very good.

Took her out after paying and I'm quite sure that she had been holding it for hours first of all. Next, when I got her home, she drank 3 full bowls of water - so not sure when she had some last. A 3rd disappointment was that she's on allergy meds - I took them and explained to the owner that she got one per day in a pill pocket (also taken in with her). No meds were given AT ALL.
