No hidden fees, no extra this or that. She really goes out of her way to make sure you understand what to expect. She picks fabulous locations for your photos. She also comes to you when weather is bad. It all depends on what you want. You can pay by card and online. When you get to the shoot, she is PRESENT. She is all smiles, kind and warm and interacts with children so beautifully. She is so easy to work with and has such an artistic eye. You will wonder why is she having me stand here and turning like this, but when you look at the photo on her camera you are blown away. My advice, just be a good sport and let her lead you! We had a horrible experience with Rawlinson Photography. They sent a $100 credit via email, but on…read morethe day of our wedding, he asked for the $100 back. He threatened me that if I didn't give him the $100 back (claiming it was an administrative mistake), he would leave our wedding. It was so stressful.... He was very rude, unwilling to go over any details, and not very organized. When we received our wedding photos via mail (flash drive), he sent the wrong event photos (NOT OUR WEDDING). He then insisted that I had to physically drop off the flash drive at his location and pick up ours. When we received our photos, the lighting was bad, and the photos were awkward, candid shots. He did not take the time to make sure we looked good in them, which was disappointing. Additionally, none of the photos were edited or polished. It was like he just showed up, started snapping photos like a child with no care or professionalism, and then just downloaded them to give them to us directly. We had to edit our own photos, because he said we would have to pay an additional $1000 to get any edits. Also, our package included a final print, which he did not honor, so I had to go elsewhere to get a professional print of a photo of my husband and me (after we edited ourselves).
