I called multiple times for updates and was either given no useful information or told they couldn't help. At one point, the call simply ended without any resolution. When you're stuck on the side of the road, you expect the service you're paying for to show up. That didn't happen here. If you're considering AAA for reliability or peace of mind, I would strongly reconsider. My experience was the opposite.

Than I was told they never got it. It had been sent on a scan disc . I had to send the scan disc certified mail, return receipt requested. After waiting two months of phone calls, text messages and being given the runaround, I was told that security would not allow them to open the scan disc. I was asked to send the accidentona zip file. I had to call their IT Department who told me the scan disc could be opened. Finally after four months of delays and no responses, Auto Owners admitted their insured had hit my car. Than it was another two weeks for another adjuster to approve the repairs. I would never deal with this company, if you have an auto claim.

You have to call several times before an answer. Also that can't do anything if you have a problem with their Drivewise. She states they are independent and don't respond to her inquires. After one year with a good combined Home and Auto Rate, the next year they double the price. We then advised Maria via email to CANCEL both Home and Auto. Bill was set up as auto payment to save money. We thought they did cancel both. December was very busy for us and we did not check our bank statement. It is now February and we checked our bank statement and found out that Maria only cancelled our Home Owners policy and NOT THE AUTO. So now we are out over $500+ and have to file a claim.
