When I started seeing Barry as I stated before I didn't know what to expect. I have still seen him almost weekly since my first review. He has helped me through loss, family issues, personal anxieties, as well as the stress of a wedding!! He was there prior to the proposal through the planning and even was a guest at the wedding. The days where I felt like I couldn't even bear it, I'd find myself calling him and asking him to fit me in which he always did. He got me to this point. Happily married now almost two weeks with the tips and methods to keep me calm through everything. He is without a doubt someone who I couldn't thank enough. The best part is that now when I am panicked I can imagine our sessions. For example, I am not a fan of the ocean. The other day my husband and I agreed to snorkel even though I was terrified. I could feel my heart racing my breathing as well. I was struggling in the water not enjoying any moment of it. I took a minute and used the techniques he taught me to calm myself down. When I opened my eyes everything had changed. I was calm. I was able to stop and appreciate all the beauty I was seeing. Even if you go for 5 sessions, it's something you take with you. I listened to her tapes everyday. It's now over 3 weeks and the cravings are just as strong. It's no different than going cold turkey. Additionally, she never put any suggestions into the session relating to not substituting food for a cigarette. All she could say about this is that nicotine is out of your system in 72 hrs. What she never learned, the habit is more difficult to wipe out than the nicotine. So that part of the session should have been addressed. I found out all hypnotists do this. Mary Richardson wants to charge me another $ 550. to do another session. Really ? Is she worth $550 per hour? $1100 for 2 hrs. My surgeon doesn't get paid that much. Why would I spend another $ 550 when whatever she did, didn't work. These hypnotists are not at all busy and so if she really cared, if she had any pride in what she does, she should have offered to do another hour for free or for a minimal charge. There are others that offer to do an additional session for no additional cost if the first one didn't work well.
