Sometimes in the morning they are busy out front on a forklift loading and/or unloading trucks. It's location is hidden and tricky to get to. Just take exit 9 and go east about a half mile. When you get to Mr. Zip which is at the first red light, take a right. It's about one mile on the right but it is facing South so if you miss it, you will see it after turning around. I know I missed it three or four times before finding it. I will give them another chance later and if their responses are achievable in my dialect, I will look at this review again for a higher score. Thanks

Everyone I've interacted with has been friendly and the employees I needed help from were warm, invested, and beyond helpful. And the nursery... It's perfect. So much beauty, so much care. They are only using the lower level and the store is NOT connected to the mall so you have to use their entrance. It's very spacious and everything is displayed so nicely! What a GREAT selection of everything! Costumes, decor, socks, home decor! So much GREAT stuff! They have sections with favorites Hocus Pocus, Beetlejuice, and pretty much every horror movie icon. I've visited already a few times, you have to check for the new stuff!! The weird thing is I have yet to have any contact with any staff. Not a welcome, not a can I help you find anything, nothing. The store is great so I'm still giving it a 4 but it would have a 5 if the staff were more attentive.
