I specifically said I needed a large car because I'm returning home with luggage. I was told 20 minutes. 45 minutes later a yellow car pulls up with two passengers in the rear seats. A large man lumbers over to me from the driver's seat and with almost all of his English skills grunts "oh, you have bags?" He stood there scratching his head in confusion as I said I specifically asked for a large PRIVATE car. Something is mumbled by him in a foreign language and he gets into the car and drives off. Dawson would not even answer their phone when I made several attempts to complain. Thank goodness I had the presence of mind NOT to leave a $10 deposit to reserve the car. This company is awful. The one star is simply because I cannot leave zero.
