Unprofessional always give an a wrong estimated time , I always call early so I can make it to work on time but unfortunately it's always a 15 min and after the 15 wait there's another 20 min wait . If there's nothing available just say so , people need to be somewhere at a certain time . But the time waited plus more is not acceptable. I give this a 1 star , the drivers are great but the operator needs to be more accurate and let people know there's nothing available if alot of time is being waited . I'm risking on loosing my.job , because you guys are not being on time. read more

Made a reservation to go to wedding in Northport from Freeport....first driver Rosie was 15 minutes early and was as attentive to all our needs...(open the doors helped us in made sure we were comfortable ect.....the ride home was a different story.....Aaron arrived did not get out of the car to help us in....had static on the radio all the way home...did not have any GPS on or didn't know how to use it....so he wound up making 2 u turns pulled over on the shoulder of the southern state confused and may add dangerous....then dropped us off 3 house down from the house...and did not even get out to help us out..... just wanted to get out of the car btw.....wish we had Rosie for the ride home....5 stars for Rosie 0 stars for Aaron..... read more

So let me start with saying I've used taxi America for about 4 years and within those 4 years I've missed almost all of my train time. I gave them ample time to pick me up (30 mins) and I got sick of missing my train and being late for work, mind you I don't use them in peak hours. I used the other taxi services located in freeport and have had unpleasant experiences. Once Taxi Taxi opened it's been excellent! They have always arrived at a reasonable time so I'm not late. They send a text to you letting you know where your ride is and you can even request a taxi online ahead of time or when needed right away. I recommend this taxi service to everyone! read more

Prompt, OnTime, Efficient... I called the night before for an early morning pickup.. To the airport.. The dispatcher was the most friendly helpful female ever...I didn't catch her name...but we received texts when the driver was en route as well as out front. Only service I would use in Freeport, used it the only 4 times I have had to go to freeport, and they have a City Feel to it. Nice Clean cars, nice drivers, fair prices, I usually use Uber or Lyft in the city, and Taxi Taxi vehicles are as Nice and the prices are better. Would Def. Recommend. read more

Staying in Freeport for the past year i've come to expect that cabs take longer to come then they say they will, but Taxi Taxi is by FAR the worst when it comes to that. Other cab service will say 5-10 minutes but take 15 minutes, Taxi Taxi will say 5-10 minutes and literally take 45 MINUTES TO AN HOUR. Its happened to me THREE TIMES already when I've called them, but the most recent time was the last straw. When i called the cab the dispatcher said 10 minutes, so after 20 minutes of waiting i called back and the dispatcher said THREE MORE MINUTES. 15 minutes later i call back very upset and she had the nerve to be annoyed wth ME! She started saying they only had 6 drivers today and they are short staffed and for me to patient. I told her im not upset that i have to wait, im upset that you keep telling me 3 more minutes KNOWING that cab wont be here for another 20 minutes. She then got angry with ME and told me that if I cant wait that i need to CALL ANOTHER COMPANY! At that point im thinking it would've taken longer to do that so i have no choice but to wait. She once again told me THREE MORE MINUTES. Needless to say the cab took 20 MORE minutes to come and once again for a grand total of a 45 minute wait. The only three times i've been extremely late to work has been as a result of Taxi Taxi. I WILL NEVER EVER USE THEM AGAIN. read more

Horrible service. Tried this service twice and had to wait. Not a problem we expected a wait but when we saw the car pull up, they left while we were putting our coats on. Had to call again to have them come back. Then they tried to charge a late fee for making US wait! When we protested we heard the dispatcher cursing over the radio about it while my kids and I were listening. It just got worse and worse. SO the first time I used them ( Nov 2014 ) I was pleased, although there was confusion over the price which had to be re negotiated over the phone in advance. Recently ( April 2015 ) my experience wasnt so good. The online website says airport rides are 40$. THen when you actually go thru the order process you get a receipt with the quote of 32$. Then a few minutes before the car arrives they call you & say the ride will be 45$ and NO they wont accept coupons. What are you supposed to do at that point, miss your flight ? I love the idea of online ordering, but not if the website isnt going to give you correct prices. The cars & drivers seem pretty good, but the dispatchers are terrible, Unprofessional, confused & hard to understand. Shame they cant get it right. read more

Taxi Taxi is a small service that provides a safe, efficient and speedy service. I had an unfortunate incident occur with one of the drivers on my way to work. As I was driving, my side view mirror was damaged as a door of one of the cabs accidentally opened, After reporting the incident to the management, I was treated kindly and guaranteed that either their personal auto body service would repair the damage or I would be reimbursed for the total cost of the damage using my own auto body shop. The manager, Claire, a consummate professional, personally assured me that a check would be waiting for me when I presented the bill from the auto body shop. And so it was!
