They were clear, kind and helpful in their communication when we initially approached them and set us up with two large shuttles. Their prices were also very reasonable. We had a last minute request to add an additional shuttle to take myself, my wife, our photographer and our dog to our ceremony location at Prospect Park, which they were quick to accommodate without any question. The morning of the wedding, the shuttle arrived early, the driver Austin (who is an awesome guy and deserves a raise) called to let me know he was there, and that he would circle the block until we were ready. He was very patient and kind as we took photos walking up to, and exiting the shuttle. There was a street sweeper blocking the street ahead of us, and to make sure we weren't late to the ceremony, Austin started impressively backing down the one way street, maneuvering around cars to get us back on the road. Luckily the street sweeper moved and we could go forward, but the fact that he was willing to do that was amazing. He got us to our location on time, and was kind the entire way. The shuttles picked all our guests up promptly later in the day, and got everyone to the after party safely and comfortably. Both shuttles seemed brand new and incredibly clean. I can't recommend Brooklyn Shuttle enough. If you have any doubts, don't. Just book them and you won't be sorry.

We had travelled to DC for the weekend and we were dropping our rental off at 8pm. Uber and taxis aren't always reliable and didn't want to get stuck at night stranded, so I reached out to a number of car service companies and went with HighLine. SO HAPPY I DID!!! Communication was always available and reliable. Clear expectations on fees, tolls, tip, etc. Our driver, Oumar, even arrived 30mins early, just to be early, in a Lincoln Navigator and waited for us. Not sniff sniff sick, but cough hack cough gross cough sick. I'm just glad his window was open most of the ride so we did not hang out with an incubating virus. Every time his iPhone made a noise (text, email, whatever) he unlocked, looked, and addressed it. 4. He drove like we were very badly losing an F1 race while driving in a Suburban. Routine 3-lane shifts, tailgating, playing chicken with busses. Topped out at 87mph. Seriously? What the hell is the rush? SLOW DOWN. 5. See number 4, add number 3. Even more emergency braking because of this. Exponential amounts of stress. 6. Did I mention he was sick? Yup. 7. My quote from Hoboken to JFK was $88. Not $104. 8. $8 charge to use my credit card?!? What now? Why was that not in the quote when I explicitly said I was charging this? 9. We got there. I was livid. I argued the $104. I finally said whatever - and then he said "that doesn't include tip." OH? I threw a few bucks down in cash and left without saying anything. 10. Went thorough security, livid. Called the company, they were nice. Took a very detailed complaint and said the manager would call me back, he wasn't in yet. I'm out of the country right now (vacation in the DR) but I hope, for their sake, I have a voicemail and direct contact information for the manager on my phone right now. 11. They must have then called the driver to tell him I lodged a complaint --- because then he called me. On my cell. From his cell. To yell at me. And say he was not texting. To say he drove fine. To say I was rude. To say he left us alone the whole ride. Let me repeat - the driver called me. To bitch. At me. Don't call me - that's your manager's job. This is the definition of unprofessional. This is a service business. Your job is very literally to drive me to a place. Safely. Not like we are racing. Don't play with the traffic. Quit swerving around. I paid for a relaxing ride to JFK, not a race in a death trap. 12. I called the company back again and told them the driver called me. I want a full refund. This was a nightmare. Judging by the generally positive reviews, I'm sure there are better drivers. But at the moment - under no circumstances do I recommend this place. (We've had other services show up with the wrong car - when we had specified about needing a big car for the snowboard bag - and we have to make a flight!) Our return flight was re-directed to EWR from LGA and the time was changed. No small thing, but the driver was there at EWR when we arrived and he was wearing a suit!
