I recommend him with enthusiasm and confidence. In spite of wintry weather, he has now concluded four home improvement projects which have included diverse taskings: construction of a 100 foot concrete retaining wall to include stabilization of a fence threatened by slope erosion, removal of concrete dog run and cracked concrete sidewalk, replacement and sealing of that concrete sidewalk, cleaning, repair and sealing/finishing a decorative stone porch, detection of origin of rainwater entry into the home with correction of the leakage fault, establishment of a roof/gutter water runoff drain field, surface grading and gravelling of a parking area, repair of a fractured roof truss, external door replacement, garage storage shelf installation, installation/wiring of internal and external lighting fixtures, installation of stairstep grab bars. These jobs were performed not just satisfactorily, but well beyond my expectations. I will engage him for other repairs as funds allow.
