They are relatively uncommon in our area so that's not surprising. So we met Jim Gowin at the house and he did an assessment and gave us an estimate and we set a date to do that actual treatment. The house is vacant at the moment so we had to make plans to come from out of town. Jim showed up on time (I was actually late and that was not a problem for him) and he took care of the problem. He was professional and reasonable and I also appreciate that he is a small operation, not one of those big impersonal outfits and you don't know who is going to do the actual work.
