In any event he never came to examine me till I simple demanded an X-ray ( in 3 years they had never taken one)! An assistant young man looked @ the X-ray & said there was infection & the tooth would need a root canal to survive. I went to another dentist who recommended it would be less expensive & easier to extract which was my desire also. Maybe this dentist is too old or tired but I could never recommend him to anyone!

Then I got "fired" by the office manager for coming in to my appointment. At the time I was busy taking care of my parents so missed a text but did sign the paperwork virtually prior to coming and showed up on time for my appointment with no history of no-shows. I was told I didn't respond to the text message so they gave my appointment to someone else. They rescheduled me for Friday but had to cancel on me as the tech called out sick. They would text me about appointment times but by the time I text back after checking my schedule a couple hours later the appointment was already booked. I called to see if I could make a time work with my new work schedule and expressed (not yelled or was rude) my frustration over being in the office for my appointment and not being seen and having difficulty rescheduling. The office manager said "I'm not going over this with you again I'll email you your files and you can go some where else" I never received my records, an apology, an easy reschedule. I've never not paid or no-showed an appointment. And I truly love my dentist after having some anxiety finding one after a bad experience with oral surgery a few years ago. Now this is one of the best places that accepts my insurance and I'm unsure where to go for care & cosmetics. If you do schedule here make sure you text back 100% of the time asap & avoid the office manager.

She was caring in her work, and it did not feel like someone was using a jackhammer in my mouth. I would definitely recommend this dentistry for their professional and caring staff. The doctor was very knowledgeable, and we worked out a plan to save as many of my teeth as possible. I need a few extractions, and we're gonna get that started in two weeks. Is it definitely a TEN STAR establishment even if the scale is 1 to 5.

I did not consent to him drilling all my pearly enamel off. my teeth are more sensitive now and look shriveled, brittle, and less perfectly straight. I've gotten 3 second opinions and it's going to cost 60k to get my normal shape and sized bite and teeth back. do not recommend.
