Then I got "fired" by the office manager for coming in to my appointment. At the time I was busy taking care of my parents so missed a text but did sign the paperwork virtually prior to coming and showed up on time for my appointment with no history of no-shows. I was told I didn't respond to the text message so they gave my appointment to someone else. They rescheduled me for Friday but had to cancel on me as the tech called out sick. They would text me about appointment times but by the time I text back after checking my schedule a couple hours later the appointment was already booked. I called to see if I could make a time work with my new work schedule and expressed (not yelled or was rude) my frustration over being in the office for my appointment and not being seen and having difficulty rescheduling. The office manager said "I'm not going over this with you again I'll email you your files and you can go some where else" I never received my records, an apology, an easy reschedule. I've never not paid or no-showed an appointment. And I truly love my dentist after having some anxiety finding one after a bad experience with oral surgery a few years ago. Now this is one of the best places that accepts my insurance and I'm unsure where to go for care & cosmetics. If you do schedule here make sure you text back 100% of the time asap & avoid the office manager.

Dr O'Neil and his staff were genuinely friendly and welcoming. The shining Star was my hygienist Ivy. She was more knowledgeable and professional than any I have ever encountered. She gave me realistic time frames for my dental issues. But made it clear it was a journey we were going to take together! Let's face it, who likes to go to the dentist. Certainly not me. But I thank my lucky stars that I chose this dental office.

The process involved three visits and could not have been more stress-free and comfortable. Although not done for cosmetic reasons, it mattered greatly to me that my appearance would not be changed and that the end result would preserve my original, natural smile. I could not be more pleased by the end result. I still have my unique smile without any suggestion of having had "anything done" except, perhaps, for an enhancement that has definitely restored a more youthful appearance. Thank you, Dr. O'Neal. They are top shelf quality service, kind, listen, make procedures pain free and go the extra effort to be helpful. I will never be able to thank them enough for fixing my night guard when I just spent 3 weeks in the hospital. Dr Wilkerson delivered to me with my parents during off hours since I was bed ridden for the next 8 weeks. A true example how they go the extra mile. The office if beautiful, newly built. You will be greeted by a kind face when you enter. I love how everyone here is so friendly, it feels like almost family.

In any event he never came to examine me till I simple demanded an X-ray ( in 3 years they had never taken one)! An assistant young man looked @ the X-ray & said there was infection & the tooth would need a root canal to survive. I went to another dentist who recommended it would be less expensive & easier to extract which was my desire also. Maybe this dentist is too old or tired but I could never recommend him to anyone!
