The Electrician that showed up was only here for a total of 18 minutes and the round trip from their Business location to my home is a total of 10 minutes for a total time of 28 minutes that they spent on my issues. However when they sent me a bill for the service I was charged for a total of 1.5 hours instead of just 0.5 hours. When I called them about how much my bill was being over charged (Padded) they said that they were going to reduce it to 1.0 hours. That's still double billing me for what they did but I guess it's better than being triple billed. None the less I most certainly will not be using their services again after this as I just don't appreciate being taken advantage of as a disabled elderly person and veteran.
