It isn't listed apparently…read more I approached the counter as the only guest, yet not one of the numerous employees behind the counter addressed me for several minutes. I was finally greeted after clearing my throat a few times by a woman who barely stood taller than the till! She said "hello, what can I get for you?" But didn't even ask how I was doing or how my day has been! Needless to say, I was floored. When I finally overcame my disbelief at this brash display of disregard for my wellbeing, I made my order. I asked for a large coffee, one cream (my usual) and a French toast bagel toasted with butter. I was very clear that the bagel should be toasted. I even repeated it (once at the request of the tiny woman), and said it in bold. She collected payment for my order and motioned that I should wait by the side of the display, an inconvenience to say the least. After waiting roughly 45 seconds, my coffee appeared (guessing it was delivered by that same, minuscule person, though I can't say for sure. A tan arm appeared briefly, brandishing the cup of steaming joe). It was too hot, and not creamy enough. A disgrace. Another two minutes pass and I'm growing impatient when I finally hear a voice shout "toasted bagel!" I thought to myself, "well that's vague. What type of bagel? What kind of topping? Is it even mine?" but reached for the wrapped parcel nonetheless, taking a bit of a gamble that it was the bagel I had ordered. It was my bagel. I guess you could say I lucked out. Except instead of a crispy, hot surface coated in golden butter and encrusted with cinnamon and sugar, what I received was a soggy, slightly warm, cinnamon-y bagel-shaped piece of bread. It was appalling. I would not recommend this Tim Hortons to anyone. From the slow, stunted staff, to the distasteful food preparation, it met none of my expectations. And utterly ruined my day. 3/10 4/10 with rice

A pun was intended. It's on Great st. Yep. It's located in a kinda crappy industrial area and we won't be seeing the Queen in there. IDC. Looking at this shoppe on the other hand: They got my order right, the coffee was super fresh and they got the colour perfect. They also had a bunch of lovely tasting donuts. After our crew plowed through, a dozen less. The folks were friendly, but younger so they didn't laugh at our jokes. Kids suck like that. The food is good, just like all of the franchises however they do need to improve their service levels and make sure the process improves between the drive in and walk in orders.

My main complaint is they refuse to carry the raisin tea biscuit but I have over looked that as we enjoy the set up of this Tim Hortons. However the last two times, the coffee has been pretty awful. It just simply can't be the Timmie's usual brand. We experienced this before at the Timmies on 15th and simply stopped going there because of it. I'm not sure if they are saving money & substituting an inferior coffee or perhaps their machines need cleaning. I guess it's time to start exploring other places for coffee & goodie options.

They don't actually cook anything there, it is probably shipped to them frozen and they are heating it up. The doughnut was very good and the service was fast, but my croissant sandwich tasted greasy and I couldn't eat it all cause only after a few bites I was feeling a little sick. She counted my change back. I just assumed that that was a thing of the past and nobody bothered to learn it. This coffee was fresh and proportional. We split a farmer's wrap that was ok. The eggs tasted a little funny, but you have to allow for things in different countries tasting different. Just like the maple creame donut is the boss, here (in metro Detroit it's a vanilla creame).
