Bought used here. High pressure. Surrounded by sales guy, finance guy and somebody else. Not a bad place, just a lot of pressure.

I'm very confused at how this place has so many five star reviews. Maybe they are fine on common…read moremid range and lower cars, but my experience with a Gallardo was offensive. I did a search for a manual Lamborghini Gallardo Spyder. Manuals are less common, and command an 20-30k premium over an egear Gallardo. A nice egear, under 10k miles, great condition is 75-85 in the current market. Theirs was priced over 90k, and their description specifically stated it was a manual. The pictures don't show much detail, one really has to go see it in person. I called and verified it was a manual. What a trash heap. There was no service history, the front trunk panel fasteners were torn up, the interior modifications to the AV was very poorly done, the door handle access panel was broken off and glued (?) back on, the glove box didn't open, and the exhaust was plastered with soot. This is maybe a 65k Gallardo, bottom of the scale assuming it had a clean title. So sure, people want to get people to come see their car and maybe lust will trick them into buying. I'm sure that works for lower end cars, but I can't imagine the person who can afford a Gallardo and would have the sense to buy this. The biggest issues, though? It's a damn egear automatic. One would think a car dealership would know the difference between a manual, in which one would manually push the clutch, manually move the gear lever, and manually release the clutch. You know, a manual. And the sales person didn't know a thing about the car. Sure, that's fine. It's an exotic. Over 10 years they made 14k of them. Ford sells more F150s in a week than Lamborghini made over 10 years (seriously). But this guy who supposedly sells a few a year, didn't even know the name of it. "Lamborghini GULL-ARD-O." Chatting more, they buy a few a year at auction and just try to flip them over. I get that for cheaper cars like Land Rovers, and the rental cars (Nissans, Mustangs, Camaros, Dodges), but a Lamborghini? So much risk to spend 40-50k at auction and get THIS car. They handed me the keys, but I couldn't be bothered to drive it. I wasted enough time driving out to a misleading ad, I'm trying to buy a manual. I'd be leery of whatever other old school dealer tactics they'd be up to.

It was a coolant leak that spiraled and turned into a lot of hours in labor charge$$, guessing on radiator, thermostat? maybe, hoses, heater core, parts and symptoms over 3 weeks in dead of Winter. In the end was told to "get a head gasket replacement", but why was that not checked first when told that SUV was overheating? A compression leak down test or a coolant combustion gas test should have been the first thing done, then go from there. We just got a large bill and a larger one now looming... We are local, and like to give locals good reviews, but this was a most painful experience, and we had to rent cars for a month just to get by. He had somebody quit in the middle of all this, so I get that, but the communication there was very lacking, as we would go 4-5 days with no updates to the progress, kept us wondering every day if we should extend the rental car agreement, a day,a week, two, who knows? There is nobody working the front desk to call, so you are calling Nick directly and he's the one working on cars, so we weren't sure if he was getting messages. Every excuse was that he was always working on somebody else's car instead of ours. Engine was missing some parts by week 4, I had to go buy to replace after getting it back. He did refund me though. Interior of car was received as filthy and took over an hour to clean. I think that the A/C refrigerant was also lost in the radiator swap, I'll find out in the Summer. Bush's, McBrides, and Randy's were booked out 2 weeks when it overheated, or I would have gone there, so took a chance here and would not recommend.
