Walked in randomly on a Saturday afternoon and was instantly greeted and asked what I would like... I was just interested in a pedicure so she told me to pick a color... They have a nice selection of polish as well as a very extensive selection of shellac colors (I think over 250!!). After picking my color she directed me to a chair number and the water was running and nice and hot to my liking. Another lady offered my a beverage (water, soda, wine) which I declined and then I sat for a while waiting for a technician. The lady who did my nails was excellent and I wish I got her name... But she was older in comparison to all the other girls who were working there... She was very thorough and gentle. She did an excellent job with the paint as well. She was very polite and was frequently checking in on me even though I was disconnected and on my phone. In the end she put on some disposable sandals and placed my shoes in a plastic bag. Then she held my hand and helped me up from my chair and walked me all the way to the waiting area. I thought this was really sweet especially because I had just recently gotten out of the hospital but I didn't even tell her that so it was just nice of her. This place is amazballs!!! I don't think I've ever been to such a genuinely friendly nail salon. I've had several different people work on my hands and feet and I always leave happy, and I tend to be picky about my acrylic nails. They are always willing to try different nail designs and I always get compliments on my nails. They offer you something gong to drink as soon as your butt hits the chair and there is always great communication between whomever is doing your nails and yourself so you always get what you're looking for. I've read other reviews saying that people were rude or didn't communicate well with them, but I just don't see that. read more

I love this nail spa. They really cater to their clients and they have OUTSTANDING customer service. The manager always offers refreshments to everyone and the kids. I love Pho he is really awesome he takes his time and makes sure each nail is the same size on both hands. Jackie also ROCKS even though she hasn't done my nails yet if Pho wasn't available I would request her. Her personality alone is BOMB! This is a very clean and elegant location. Omg went to another shop and hated my nails for two LONG weeks. Finally hit the two week range and went back he to Dazzle Nails and of course I love love love my nails. I had Jackie this time and she is just WONDERFUL! I swear she had me feeling like it was my first time getting my nails donr, all I could do was look down like damn these are cute. She really takes her time to make sure that everything is perfect and looks good, she was massaging me so good I almost fell asleep during the pedicure. But the shop is just a great place overall, and they keep a HUGE selection of colors so there is a color for any mood or occasion. I have been coming here for over a year now and always go with Jackie. She is amazing nail tech and loves doing different looks and designs with you. She is also great to talk to and is interested in you as well. Every time I go in I change my nails with which every holiday or month we are in and she is always excited to come up with new colors and designs with me. My nails are shellac and they easily last 2 weeks and a half without chipping and most the time I can come in on the 3rd week. The price obviously varies with colors, design, and if I broke a nail in that time. I have been to a lot of nail places all over Texas since I travel a lot and honestly I just wait till I come back home because I love her way and talking to her a lot more. Also most other places my nails have chipped or broken within the first week which is crazy. This place also has great prices! They are very nice and accommodating to you as well. They will make tea for you on the spot if you are in the mood and have variety of snacks and drinks readily available to you as well. I visited Dazzle nails after my friend told me that this was her nail place, cool I will give it a try! I only visit new places on slow shifts so I went in on a Monday and I was greeted and I sat down on a chair and choose the Lush Spa Pedicure $40. They put this hot cushion thing on your shoulders which felt great! The lady who did my pedicure was nice but no conversation which was great because I hate speaking when am trying to relax! There was nothing special about the Lush package just typical for a nail spa. The massage with the hot stones was forgettable I have had better! I asked for a design and she did great with it ! However after close examination she didn't even paint my toes correctly... I tipped very well and paid 70.00 for my pedicure with tip and design... Won't go back no attention to detail or nothing special here! Onto the next nail spa!!! read more

Went back and Cookie did my mani shellac this time. She did an amazing job and my nails were gorge for a wedding I attended. The lady who did my pedi was great too, and I want to personally compliment her on her above and beyond customer service. She painted my toes to what I thought was perfection. However, she didn't like how the top coat appeared on them and commenced to remove all the polish and re-polish them to ensure that they were perfect! How bout that???!!!!!!!!! I've been to Dazzle Nails a few times now and have become a regular customer. Since my first visit, I have had a great experience at the salon. At first sight, and what caught my attention was the cleanliness and decor of the salon. It is neat and tidy throughout and the bright and ornate colors are a plus. Definitely relaxing! Every time I get my pedicure I request a warm neck/shoulder wrap. My favorite techs would be Sofia, Jackie, and the owner Kelly. They all definitely take their time and ensure that you are satisfied with your nails. ANOTHER plus is the drinks! The other owner makes fresh complimentary drinks every day. My favorite is the taro drink, but they're ALL delicious. The environment is relaxing and the techs are all friendly. If you have had a negative experience in the past, as expressed by many of the reviews I saw before visiting, I definitely encourage you to give them another try. This is one of the few salons in the area that seriously takes their time with each client. I have never felt rushed or stressed to get out while getting my nails done here. I'm not sure where to start. I'm never one to ever review unless something is fantastic, but I would never get on somewhere and sham someone's business even if I had an awful experience. I just left the salon and i'm so upset that I had to express it and let them know some way that the way they treat their customers is trash. I moved to Pearland around a year ago and I have been a regular paying customer every single month, and I even directed business towards them as I've recommended them to my family and friends who have now become regulars as well. At first they were nice, but I don't know what makes them feel comfortable enough at this point to be so effing rude. They make disrespectful jokes about my mom right in front of me, I didn't like a color I put on two fingers and when I asked if I could come within the 24 hours to change it they said yes, but when I showed up today the guy literally sighed in my face and no one even greeted me (this is considering that I tipped well yesterday just because I know choosing the wrong color for fingers was my own fault) - they kept making comments how I shouldn't have chosen the wrong color and making me feel bad about it, and THIS IS WHERE I HAD ENOUGH: I said that I called yesterday to come in when they open and Kelly (who is the manager) said: maybe the guys know your number and who's calling and that's why they didn't answer. What the hell? I'm not a rude, disrespectful, or ungrateful customer. I've even been apologizing about choosing the wrong color and have always been so kind to them and quiet about their rude comments/jokes. My business depends on me having perfect nails, and I simply don't care if I never have nice nails again, I will never go back there and would rather drive out to someone who makes me feel like they appreciate my business every month than leave a salon feeling like crap rather than happy about my nails. read more

My mom and me came here in a rush to get a set of acrylics for a event tomorrow and I realized my nail shop I go to was closed down FOR GOOD :( I was lucky to find such a good place with good service and it was very clean. The guy doing my pedicure was focused on me and not busy chatting with fellow coworker. I've been to places where that's happened and I felt rude interrupting them to ask something. I will not be returning to this place again. This was my second time there. I didn't want to be too critical the first time around, because anyone can have an off day, but having two bad experiences in a row, nope. There are too many other nail shops around Pearland that I can give my business to. The lady at the counter was rude, both times. The girl that did my nails would not listen to what I wanted, and instead continued to pressure me in to what she thought would be better choices, and what do you know, more expensive choices. On top of the non stop pressure, they actually charge you to SHAPE your nails! I have never in my life been charged to shape my nails. RIDICULOUS. To top things off, I watched them drain the foot tub after they were done with a customer, and NOT clean it out. Instead, filled it back up and sat another customer there. DISGUSTING. I can only imagine most of these positive reviews are because they have a sign posted saying they will give you 5% off your bill for a positive review on YELP. read more

For starters I never really cared for this place, only came here because it was down the street. Well I got my nails done two days later two of them broke and it was from simple things like reaching to open my car door. Went to get it fixed didn't pay for the one nail paid for the other one which was 5$. I didn't see the reason to pay because the previous time the guy said it was no charge because it was so soon. Anyway, my nail broke again another three days later , this time kelly fixed my nail and said it would be another 5$ which at this point i was confused because her daughter said it was free if it's one nail that is broke. Kelly then got an attitude explaining to me that no that's not true but wtv. She fixed my nail and guess what another 3 days later my nail broke again. At this point i shouldn't even be charged for this but i went anyway knowing they would make me pay. I walked in it was kinda busy and they ignored me, then i was finally acknowledged and was told that the girl who was gonna fix it was almost done. That girl then said out loud i'm not gonna fix her nail she is gonna fix her nail. So yeah at this point i'm irritated. Then another customer comes in with nails similar to mine but she wants to take hers off , the girl then goes and gets her instead of me and i make a irritated face which kelly notices and says she doesn't know how to do long nails she not gonna take you. I'm just like why the hell she working at a nail shop then ???? Last i check when your a licensed cosmetologist (which i doubt half of them are not) you should know how to cater to all types of people's nail preferences. This place was recommended by a family friend. Dennis to be specific. My boyfriend bought me a mani/pedi and asked for Dennis. He did my pedicure and did a pretty good job. Nice guy...quiet but held some convo :) Not sure of the female's name that did my shellac manicure but she was friendly and talkative. She did a good job on my manicure but I wasn't a fan of the shallac layers. 2 coats of clear. 3 coats of color. And 1 top coat. It looked way too thick in my opinion but she insisted that my particular color needed 3 coats so....I guess I can't be disappointed in the look? Anywho....overall chill experience. May try someone else for the shellac manicure next time but I'd return :) read more

I am so sorry to be giving this place one star. I was beyond excited to find a place close to work so I could go and unwind after a day at work. I've probably been here about six or seven times and always left happy. But unfortunately today was not the case. Every time I go to a nail salon I always make sure I get the prices before hand so I know what to expect. I was quoted a price and then when it came time to pay was told the price $10 higher than what I expected. That's not even the worst part honestly, the girl who did my nails was nice but I felt like she may have been training. (I totally understand we all have to start somewhere and learn somehow) My nails are chunky and a bit too wide for the nail bed. The sad thing is that I don't feel like I can go back tomorrow and ask them to fix it as they should based on how I was treated tonight. read more
