We have been very lucky to be seen right after walking in. The back part of the spa where we received our services is very clean. The massage chairs are very comfortable. Terrible experience. I've been wearing dipping powder for years, it normally lasts 3 weeks plus. I waited over an hour to be seen last Wednesday night. The tech who did my nails here used the drill and "buffed" my nail until it was very thin. She then globbed on the dipping powder and again buffed heavily. While buffing the drill skipped off my nails and scraped my knuckle, leaving me with a lovely wound. She used a non- SNS/kiara top coat and was adamant about using the gel type that is set by using a light. My nails first started chipping after 2 days and after just a week I'm going to have them redone elsewhere. read more

Very disappointed in this establishment. My entire family goes here they've done nails, pedi and the works for events and have always been pleased. Today my two daughters went in to get their nails and pedi done each. They were rushed couldn't choose color. Pedi color didn't match color Of nails. Pedi was half done no massage no cuticle clipping. Daughter wanted coffin but keep her long nails like they have always done lady kept filing down. Girls went back to get fixed they were rude and told them to hurry up. Manager was also very rude and rushing, they spoke very loud so everyone could hear embarrassing my girls. No way will I ever go back I will tell all my family not to come here. Don't spend a dollar here. Disappointing!! Giving one star because without it I can't post. read more

A dramatic increase in there pricing & lack of consistency & communication between nail tech and man at front desk. My nail tech gave me one price and by the time it was time to pay the price had increased by $15. The sad part is that I came in and left with the same nails I had. I've gone to this place a lot over the years and just recently started getting full sets. I ask for Anna as my manicurist every time, she's so talented! The staff are all very kind. My only problem is that they always seem a bit over booked and the staff always seem to be in a rush when working on a client or when asking a client to pick colors and such. Finally my nails. The white tips weren't as white or opaque as i wanted them and the pink was too light for me. The silver glitter was really the only thing they had close enough to the picture but was too silver for my taste. The R that I asked for is pretty but a bit sloppy. I love TLC Nails! I've been coming here for years & I love the staff, but my favorite is Traci (unfortunately she left), and Tran took her spot, but I love her just as much. Tran is so amazing when it comes to nails & eyebrows. I usually let anyone do my feet because everyone is great when it comes to the pedicures and/or toe designs. I really hope they keep Tran because it is so hard finding an individual great with nails & eyebrows. I highly recommend this place. Oh & the drinks are complimentary. :-) read more

I really, really, really LOVE this nail salon! I've said it before but the owners are real salt of the earth people who learn your name and preferences and always make you feel welcome. They are all about excellent service and customer satisfaction!!! I have never loved a nail salon as much as I do this one...... if they ever move I guess I will have to as well because it's a rare gem this place! I have to say while I do have my favorites, every nail tech here is professional and competent. I don't even put down a preference anymore because you literally cannot go wrong! This is the only place where my gel manicure last for two weeks without chipping at all. I have never had a bad gel manicure and I get gel pedicures as well because they last so long, even though I get a pedi/mani at the same time. Amy is great at doing eye brows and manis! I don't know who else does them but I guarantee they won't let anyone do your eye brows unless they are GOOD. They offer $10 off for every 10 services you get I believe. Also, they discount the prices on slower days like Mon, Tue, Wed..... don't quote me on that. They offer specials products for loyal customers. Every tool they use on you is either new or sanitized hospital grade. They have plenty of polishes to choose from and plenty of options to add such as paraffin wax dip or hot stone massage for a great price. The place is clean and tidy. You will be offered a complimentary beverage of water, soda, wine or mimosa if you like. I think all of the techs including owner are Vietnamese and they do speak their own language but.... it is THEIR establishment and their protocol. Every member of the staff has an excellent grasp of the English language and they are very social. Most of the time they speak to each other in English too. it is not a problem at all!!! She spot on and is willing to fix anything that you do not like. Kim now does my mani/pedi she is so sweet and she takes her time.. If you don't like it she will fix/correct. She then calls three other people over to analyze the situation which was extremely embarrassing bc all id the other customers were then trying to see why all this attention was on me. Every single time I visit here, no matter the time lapse, they remember me. They are always accommodating and do a good job on my waxing and nails. Got an appointment but still waited about 30-40 minutes and kept on moving me from seat to seat then when i finally got seated for the last time the lady was in a rush and was all sweaty. She was rushing my nails and seemed in a hurry. My nails look nothing like what i asked for and she cut my pinky with the blade. She also barely put any powder on my ring finger and when she was using the blade on it she noticed that she could still see my nail bed but didnt try to fix it. I asked for a marble ish- effect and came out with a white to clear ombre effect. She messed up on my ring finger twice and kept on wiping off the powder trying to restart. Technician did a terrible job on my pedicure. She was going so fast did not pay attention to what she was doing. She cut too deep on my cuticle and drew blood. Right after cutting into my cuticle, she proceeds to scrub my bleeding nail. Then, she layered the nail polish way too thick, so I had her redo my nails until they were acceptable. I just paid for the service and left no tip. I check my credit statement later and see that they overcharged my card. I will never go to this place again! read more

I've been coming here for 10 years!! I'll never go anywhere else. After I had my daughter, she was maybe 4 months old, I took a trip to the salon, it was way over due & I just wanted to feel good about myself & relax. Of course my daughter started to get antsy, she usually sleeps through everything but not this time, so I immediately attended to her & began to pack my things so we could leave. I'm a parent that wants other people to enjoy their time and not get interrupted by an infant crying. But anyway, the ladies there carried her, fed her, & kept her entertained while I rested during my pedicure. It was so sweet! They didn't have to do that but I am soooo happy they did. I've been going here for months now and have decided I should write a review. I love how close this place is to my house and at a really good price. Disclaimer: I don't get mani/pedi. I just come here to get shellac and designs but because of that my bill has never been more than $25. The picture on the right is the inspiration and the two on the left are my nails. I had Summer today. She was so patient and understanding. I had her tweak a few things here and there, changing my mind during the process and she never once complained or gave me an attitude. She even helped me decide on some things. Yes it's not perfectly the same but for the price I pay it's worth it. I will be going to Summer from now on but all the other ladies are good as well. I've had shellac and acrylic nails done here, and they were both good. Again, I don't get my cuticles cut or pushed up so keep that in mind. I'm only taking off one star because although they provide good color choices and such, they don't have trendy accessories such as foil etc. read more
