The 3 employees working when we arrived were so kind and accommodating. My 4-year old daughter got her nails done as well. She sat on my lap and was allowed to put her feet in the water with mine. When I moved seats, she had the whole chair to herself and the gentleman who worked on her toes and fingers, was gentle and kind! Another employee gave her a pillow to lean against as she was falling asleep! All of our nails (toes and fingers) turned out wonderfully! I have been hesitant to write this review for some time, but after today's service I feel I must. I have been a customer of Dazzle for many years. I used to have Andy do my nails before he left the valley. For the past 2 years I have had Trang (female tech) as my nail girl. She is awesome. However, there is a guy that is working there (I don't know his name) and I must say he is awful and rather sneaky! I used to call to make my appointments and would attempt to request Trang. The guy would never listen to my requests for her to be my nail specialist. I would show up for my scheduled appointment to find that Trang was in the middle of an appointment with another client and the guy would then try to convince me to let him do my nails, which I refuse to do because I like the quality of Trang's services. I have also been in the middle of my appointment and another client has come in saying she made and appointment and requested Trang and he tried to convince that client to allow him to do her nails. I could see the client was annoyed but refused to allow him to do her nails. The lady and I started talking and she said this has happened to her several times as well. So it appears this is his tactic to get clients. The reason I have decided to write this bad review is NOT because of Trang, but it is because of this man!!! He is horrible, unprofessional and wastes the time of his clients. Not to mention I'm sure it must be difficult on Trang to watch her clients get frustrated. I no longer call to make an appointment. I just peak my head to see if 1.Trang is there and 2. If she has time for me. Today while I was getting my nails done I witnessed this man answer the phone then he threw the phone and screamed at Trang to come answer the phone. He threw the phone down so aggressively that you knew he was angry. Then he proceeded to yell at her!!! When I say yell.. I mean it was terrible. It is obvious he is just angry that Trang has a loyal client base. This is no way to run a business and he should be advised that this is no way to treat coworkers!!! I have lived in this valley since 1991 and have MANY girlfriends who say they no longer go to Dazzle because of him. Over the past year I have seen the flow of clients diminish immensely....It's really sad. Although I rated Dazzle Nails as a 1 star, it is solely due to the man who works and answers the phone there and NOT due to the nail tech named Trang. She does such a fabulous job that my nails NEVER chip and last 3-4 weeks (dip nails) and as I said I have been going to her for the past 2 years. I get so many compliments from people about how great my nails look. read more

I am not one to typically write a bad review, but I felt it necessary as I don't want anyone to have the experience I had. Yes, the staff is super friendly and sweet for the most part, but it seemed like only one guy there knew how to do anything but a regular manicure... leaving my friend and I there for over 3 HOURS. I soon came to realize as my fingers were soaking in rubbing alcohol for over 30 minutes that no one was going to help me until the guy was done with my friends nails. I kindly asked if there was any way to speed up the process, have someone do my cuticles while I waited, file down my nails, literally anything and all they kept saying was "so sorry", but not actually doing anything. They seemed more concerned about anyone walking in and getting customers than helping the ones that had been sitting there at this point for 2 hours. At hour 2 I was still sitting there with only my gel removed. When the guy started on my nails, the woman who I believe was the owner told me it would be 35 minutes... an hour 15 later. I also noticed after they were buffed, he immediately was going to paint the color, but as someone who constantly get her nails done, i know you start with a clear coat first... So i spoke up and said something and he did it. As the guy was doing the clear coat on top for the second time, I kindly asked, "is this the last coat?", it seemed excessive to do multiple... he said yes, but then continued to put over a 3rd top coat layer??? After 3 hours 15 minutes, and $100 later for nails, we finally left. Although the staff was super sweet and they definitely meant well, I will not be going back. Do not go here if you don't want to waste your entire day in a nail salon. read more

Found this nail salon using Google and decided to try it after reading a few reviews. Possibly the worst mani/pedi of my life. They charged me $65 for a pedicure that barely last 15 minutes. I like to go get pedicures as a way to relax, and 15 minutes wasn't worth the money at all. My gel polish on my toes has grit underneath so it's rough to the touch. For my manicure, I got an acrylic fill in with gel polish ($65, decent price there). But my nails are all shaped differently. Some are square shaped, some are coffin shaped, and a few are square on one side and and coffin on the other. Then as I was paying, the lady checking me out questioned my tip (asking if I was sure that was all I wanted to leave) - definitely rubbed me the wrong way after a subpar salon experience. read more

Clean and friendly but the staff person that did my fill clearly was not well trained. Steps done out of order and cuticles look awful. However, the staff person that did my daughters mani/pedi (the owner?) did an excellent job. and the neck massage was nice. Price was reasonable. Update: 2 Days Later I am having to forcibly rip off the acrylic nails that I had filled at Dazzle. Because my cuticles are in so much pain from the improper way the tech prepared and applied the products. If you look closely at the photo I posted you can see that there is a bunch of acrylic product that was up under my cuticles above the paint line. I have been having my nails done for over a decade and this is by far the worst experience I have ever had with it. read more

Very bad service, rude employees. Recommend going to Chippen Nails in Edwards or Serenity Nails in riverwalk ( bit more pricey but excellent service). Dazzle Nails employees were extremely rude when I told them that the nails had bubbles, and were slanted. Also, the building was very dirty and I did not see them satanize any of the instruments used. When I asked to wash my hands in the sink in the lobby I was told that it didn't work, 3 minutes later another employee washed her hands there. Very rude. read more

DO NOT GO HERE!!! I just had the worst nail experience of my life!!! Apparently, customer service does not mean a damn thing here. I came here on this Friday, after having read other Yelp reviews...well shame on me for listening.. I already knew I'd be writing this when my massage chair ran longer than the actual pedicure itself. (The max time was 15 min for the massage chair if that gives you any indication.) The pedicure was terrible. The lady,, felt as though I wasn't worthy of a decent pedicure, I'm assuming largely in part to fact that I didn't want to pay extra for an extra long massage. On the contrary I am a very generous tipper because I know what it's like to work in the customer service industry, but don't write me off.. Let me tell you something don't try and take advantage of me. She rushed through my pedicure which looks worse than when I came in, Awful manicure stiffed me on a massage, which did for my pedicure as well. She annihilated my cuticles and now my nails look terrible as well. and TOP IT OFF I GOT A INFECTION She was also talking about me to the lady beside her, it began after I inquired why it was so much money. I messaged them via yelp and working 10 Mins they responded back informing me of their availability and confirming my appointment. The quality of work is really good! This is my second visit to Dazzle. Loved the place and my treatments so much couldn't wait to return. My pedicure lasted 3 weeks! The salon is clean, manicure/pedicure perfectly done, great massage, all polish is new and they give you a bottle of cold water when you arrive. The atmosphere is calm and relaxing. It was easy to make an appointment and the customer service is excellent! Very happy I found this salon. I highly recommend it :) P.s. Disregard any reviews posted prior to July 2017. I was so disappointed! I only get my nails done occasionally and took my daughter as a special outing. Our usual place was closed so we tried something new. Our technician was less than thrilled to be there and kept flicking our hands to communicate we weren't holding our hands right. My daughter's nails look nice, but mine look terrible. I've gotten pedicures here several times and every time has been great. I've been helped by several different people and they each do a wonderful job. Most of the time I walk in without and appt and they are able to help me immediately. The salon is clean, bright and comfortable and the employees are friendly and helpful.
