You then get to chose between 4 different options on how you want to maximize your relaxing experience. Cold plunge- was extremely cold, but perfect to shock your body. We then hopped over into the hot pool which was extremely relaxing. We then dabbled between the steam room and sauna. We kept jumping from experience to experience while also laying down on the chairs and folding cold scented towels over our eyes. The body scrub was odd. I've had scrubs before, they usually occur in a "wet room" where they hose you down. This one occurred on a dry massage table made up as if for a massage. The therapist scrubs down one body part at a time with the scrub, then removes it with hot moist towels. Afterwards you head across the lobby and shower before the facial/foot treatment. I'd say it's a bit overpriced for what it is.

Then we picked from 6 different aromatherapy scents (I chose a fragrant oolong option). The locker room was small but nice with a eucalyptus steam shower and spa-like products to use. A nice plush robe and slippers were provided and then I began my relaxation time in the Tranquility lounge with my feet propped up on a comfy lounge chair and ottoman. My massage was INCREDIBLE, and I left feeling like a new person... but not before I took a steam shower and nice relaxing regular one too! Great, great spa!
