I'm really disappointed with my experience. When I got to the place, you couldn't even walk in you have to ring a doorbell to be let inside. I rang the bell multiple times and waited and waited, but no one ever answered. I finally went back to my car, and after a while someone showed up with keys who looked like they worked there, so I decided to give it another try. I walked back to the door and rang again, but still no response at all. They don't close for another three hours, so there's no reason no one should've been there. They sell MMA monomer. I've been using their monomer for a while and today did a soak off knowing I had used this monomer when I did the set. The monomer is labeled as EMA but They were extremely gummy and sticky when coming out of the acetone. Also did a test on a fake nail afterwards because I could not believe it. Gummy and sticky. Lina showed me how to do the print with gal polish and gave me some really good tips on how to do the print. I've been to this supply MANY times. The owner Lina is a sweet person. But there have been over a handful of times where she has NOT been at the shop during her posted hours. Where she has been late to opening her shop countless of times. I honestly feel like she doesn't take her work seriously because of how many times this has happened. What sucks is that she's one of the only nail supplies in modesto. It inconsiderate to have times posted at your shop nd not be there to take in costumers. The monomer has mma. She charges around 120 for crystal boxes you can get an Amazon for 40-50 . Other than that she's cool but ..... not worth the drive if you're going to be stood up at the supply. Overall unhappy with my shop. They don't have any price tags out for anything so you don't know how much anything is until you're ringed up. Everything is also final sale for obvious reasons so it's not like I could have gone back to return the items I was unhappy with. I bought a brush that was advertised as 100% kolinsky , it was for sure not 100%. The brush was fragile, the hairs were coming off first use , and overall the brush was just bad ($38). The second item I was disappointed in was her acrylics. I got a few, they hardly formed a bead , had to mix with my own clear powders to make them work somewhat okay. And the last product I was disappointed in was a cuticle cutter. It was $30 and that is just outrageously overpriced. Won't be shopping there again. Never the type to leave bad reviews, but definitely wanted to let some ppl know to go else where! read more

I come here if I desperately need something I ran out of. The acrylics marble and in the back she has the pigments and just mixes it with regular clear acrylic to make it a color acrylic and overprices them for cheap quality. I also got a nude powder bc I ran out of my Valentino power and it has weird orange dots in it. Now I don't even go near the acrylic section of the store. Everything is overpriced. A small jar of glitter is 7$ and not filled to the top. And don't get me started with the countless number of times Lina(the owner) has not been at the store even though the times on her website says it's open. She comes in whenever she wants and it's a waste of my gas to go so just call ahead and make sure she's there before you waste your time. And don't believe if she recommends an item. She'll say she's been in the nail industry since forever ago to make you buy her items. read more

This nail tech is not professional at all. I got my nails done by Lina and was not happy with the outcome, I asked her to fix my nails and she got upset about me complaining. I wasn't able to get my nails fixed or a refund. I've been going to her for a while and she lost her touch. She's an older nail tech so her work isn't up to date or in style. I recommend going to cutz and clawz or polished nails they're the best. This nail tech is only good for product !! NOT NAILS!! read more
