Tried to sell me 20 lugnuts I didn't need. Said they were all swelled, that they were 19mm and…read moresocket no longer fit. The lugnuts on the car are actually 3/4", which is larger than 19mm. Any mechanic would know this. 2nd problem was he told me I needed a rear alignment causing tire wear. After aligning found that the tie rod ends were wore out. Wanted to charge me for a second alignment after parts were replaced. Any good mechanic would have checked for worn suspension parts before aligning.

I bought it six years ago it's made about five trips to Daytona Florida bike week and I haul square bales of hay with it every year, " Never had one issue with it"!!! I have only replaced the tires and packed the bearings. I was in the market for an aluminum enclosed bike trailer, The manger Carol Fox and the new owner (Don's daughter Shannon) went above and beyond to find exactly what I wanted and made me a great deal on that new enclosed trailer. No high pressure sales and they both made me fill at home every time I stop in. I just recently bought a new live stock trailer from them. I got the same great service as the first two times. I am not the easiest customer to satisfy, I am very picky about specific color and options, but they always come through for me. This last trailer they were about $300 more expensive than some of their competition, but I am willing to spend the extra $300 for better quality and service. One of the only few companies left out there where they still do business with a firm hand shake and personal guarantee.. I would highly recommend if your in the market for a new or used trailer stop in at Mr. Trailer Sales and see Shannon and Carol and tell them Jericoe sent ya, you won't regret it...

On four separate occasions, I have had Jam Auto Repair and the mechanics there solved and fixed…read moreproblems that were ignored by the local auto dealer who will remain unnamed. The first incident was a leakage from the radiator area, that was ignored at the dealership. It eventually grew to be a larger leak and by adding coolant I was able to drive my 2014 Town and Country front-wheel drive van with 150,000 miles less than 10 miles to the Jam Auto Repair shop. They found the leak after some routine pressurization tests and replaced the heater by pass tubing connector. The second incident is when Jeremy advised me that my rear brake calibers pads were worn to the point that further wear would damage the rotors - an expensive repair. The dealer had merely noted that the rear rotors had some rust! The third incident occurred on the road when the radiator expelled all the coolant a few miles from my home. In that case, I had the car towed to Jam Auto Repair. It turned out to be a loose radiator hose and the only folks up until that point that ever worked on that van were the auto dealer where I bought it! Needless to say, the van will always be repaired by Jeremy and his fellow mechanics in the future!

I would recommend them to anyone who needs their Subaru serviced. I bought a new 2022 Outback Wilderness at a different dealership a couple hours away. Since then, I've had many issues with the vehicle, mostly relating to poor assembly quality. I had most of these issues fixed at other dealerships, and each time it took multiple days and trips to the service department. Sometimes they "could not duplicate", other times they did sub-par work and required subsequent trips to fix their mistakes. I got tired of dealing with this process every couple of months when something new went wrong. Enter Huebner Subaru. My mom had an issue with the same dealership I was using while having her 2020 outback serviced. She complained to SOA, who gave her a credit and recommended she try Huebner Subaru next time she needed service. She was satisfied with her experience, and recommended I also try them next time I have an issue. Well, about a year ago my Outback developed an exhaust rattle at idle (which I figured was a heat shield). I let it go a few months because I didn't feel like taking the time to make many trips to the dealership, only for them to not be able to duplicate. I finally got annoyed enough with the rattle to try to get it repaired under warranty. I took it to Huebner for the first time. Within about an hour, the service advisor came back in and told me they determined it was actually the muffler, which was defective. Unfortunately that isn't a part that they stock, so they had to order one. Once that arrived, I went back in and they had it installed in about an hour. I was pleasantly surprised they were able to diagnose and fix the issue as quickly as they did. Fast forward another 6 or so months, and I notice what sounds like a wheel bearing going bad, along with about a 2-4MPG reduction in fuel economy. I made another appointment, took it in, and explained to the service advisor which corner I thought was going out. He got back to me about 45 minutes later saying they were able to determine it was actually the opposite side of the rear from where I suspected, and that they were going to go ahead and replace it under warranty that visit. Another 40 minutes and I'm on my way. An hour and 25 minutes to diagnose and replace a wheel bearing is a lot better than I would've expected from my previous dealership! Additionally, they haven't tried to sell unnecessary services to either my mom or I at any point. This is the first time I've felt obligated to write a positive review for a car dealership (especially their service department), but I feel they deserve it!

I didn't need to go any further. The sales team was exemplary in the knowledge of their product, understood what I NEEDED, and also what I WANTED. My financing options were laid out clearly, and everything was very transparent. We worked through several scenarios with down payments etc, and there wasn't the slightest bit of disappointment or pushback from anyone even though the dealership had, at that point, closed two hours ago. They are extremely accommodating, and will without hesitation go the extra mile to earn your business. Carrollton might not be close, but it's worth the drive. PS they let me test drive the STi and that was awesome, so there's that too.
