Because we were pleased with the work done on our SUV we had them come out and detail our other 3…read morecars. My daughter's car had a lingering smell due to faulty cleaner. We were told that he would come back and do the car over as other customers had the same issue. We have scheduled our day around the appointment. They are late and are not communicating with us. My husband has sent a text as well as called. I even called and have not returned any of our phone calls. We are expecting to have to take our daughter's car to a major detailing company that has better after care services. My suggestion is to not pay for services in cash so that in the event there is an issue you can have your banking institution to reverse the charges. I am very disappointed in the outcome of using their services and am extremely irritated with having to pay more money to correct an issue that could have easily been rectified with a phone call and proper scheduling and managing of time.
