It was perfect, proofed, smooth, as said, great communications (fluent English, Mandarin, Chinese all), and all done with niceness and integrity. It was a complex job with 2 pages of thick stock inside an envelope. They provided all in cardboard trays which I myself folded and inserted. Payment was super easy, a traditional check for ease. All the high rate of communications put my stressed out self to ease at that stressful time of life. To this day, I still appreciate their work. I asked them for a quote on another job for my non-profit due to my satisfaction, so far, good negotiations, we just started the process this hour. They can do quite any type of printing and finishing, whether business flyers, wedding invites, cards, stationery, commercial advertising, menus (popular in this area where many operate many restaurants), marketing, gift bags, labels, books, it seems nothing is off-limits. Couldn't get them to do anything other than push off a closing. Then took our deposit cause the 20 day clause for financing was past- nice way to treat someone. We waited till the house was completed (paid extra to wait!), then our financing fell through cause of Underwriting and they said too bad we get the escrow cause it's over 20 days....even then the house was still not done.
