He diagnosed our issue as a bad ice maker, replaced it, and the problem was still not fixed. He mentioned that he had already been searching online before arriving and then spent additional time during the visit on the phone with a friend trying to figure out how to fix the issue. He then claimed the freezer had a "design flaw" and suggested we buy styrofoam insulation to create a makeshift door to cover the food so it wouldn't spoil while leaving the freezer door open for hours to defrost. He indicated this would need to be done every time the water lines froze up. That is not a real repair. This is a 2018 model, based on the model and serial number, the unit was manufactured around 2018, which raised concerns about the accuracy of the assessment. After leaving without fixing the issue, he reported to the warranty company that we refused to cooperate, which is not accurate. We were never offered a proper repair--only an ongoing workaround that would lead to water and ice buildup. Because of this, the repair was closed and paid, even though nothing was actually fixed. Be cautious and make sure everything is documented.

He came out, assessed my property and gave me a proposal. We agreed on a date the following week. Scott arrived on time and commenced the job which included covering and pre-treating plants, washing, walls, soffits, eaves, decks, screens and windows. Scott worked meticulously through the day to rid the nooks and crannies of spider webs, egg sacs, dust and dirt. At the end of the day he said, "Please call me if there's anything you're not satisfied with and I will come back out and make it right". The next morning when the house had dried, there some places that needed some additional cleaning and the windows needed a little more work. I called Scott, he came out the following morning, made good on everything that we'd requested. He did a great job. Attention to detail is great. He cares about customer satisfaction!

He came out later the same day and gave me an estimate which was more than fair. We agreed to a date (today) and his three guys came out as expected. Professional operation. The truck/rig parked street-side, orange cones were placed front/back/side, and they got to work. Had the house & garage completed in about two hours - maybe less (we went to lunch). Top notch. This man Sam came to my house to give me a bid on a Yard Clean-up. He offered to do the job for $600 and get it done in 1 day. I asked him if he expected any money prior to the job finishing, and he said "NO, you can pay me when it is all done". He gave me a date and then called and cancelled that morning and rescheduled for the next day which was a Friday. He showed up that day at 9:30 AM with 1 helper, not the 2 he promised. Right then, I knew he would not get this job done in 1 day, but I thought that's OK. By 1 PM he said his helper, that mostly just stood around leaning on his rake and talking with Sam, was "sick". Then Sam asked me for 50% of the payment, but said he would stay around and finish the front yard, which was only 25% done at that point. Unfortunately, I believed him, and paid him $300 on the spot. Next thing I know, he tells me he is leaving and it was 3 PM. He said he would come back the next day, Saturday. He left about 6 bales of pine needles in my yard that he brought on his truck that morning, his wheelbarrow filled with my lawn trash, a rusted rake and MY ladder standing open in my front yard. It looked like a mess!!! The next day he calls me and tells me, can he come on Monday and find a crew to help, I reluctantly agreed. Now this junk has been in my front yard since Friday, I am embarrassed by the mess, being a new homeowner in the neighborhood. ON Monday, guess what? I texted him at 9 AM, no reply, I texted him at 10 AM, no reply, he finally gets back to me and I asked him, where are you? "You were supposed to be here this morning" and he tells me he is at ANOTHER JOB!!! That was it for me, I told him he was a LIAR and a THIEF and I would be online letting all of Tallahassee know it. I told him to come and get his junk out of my yard, he said he would give me my $300 back. Well, he has not showed up to give me my refund and his junk is still in my yard, So now it's Tuesday, so I am online to WARN everyone about this man!!
