The crew chief Corey Wilson led a team of multi skilled, polite and respectful workers. He was amenable to a couple of last minute changes to the work order and handled them with ease. We have a fairly elaborate series of gardens in our yard and was expecting some damage to deal with but they were able to maneuver around the many obstacles and damaged nothing! A week later my shrubs were still uncut, I reached out to Casey and he said he'd be by soon. He finally comes and I asked him to trim the shrubs on all sides, including the side that was closest to my exterior wall. I paid him before the job was completed because I had to go to work (I know rookie mistake). I get home to find that the shrubs had only been cut on one side. Additionally he only trimmed some of the shrubs on the right side of my house and not the left side. We had agreed on both sides. I contacted Casey and he said he forgot his ladder and will have to come back the following day. The following 3 weeks I spent contacting Casey asking him to finish the job. Needless to say, he never came back. I'm extremely disappointed.

Also, we have a large crevice in the yard after his guys tried to fix that. Stuff happens. Not concerned about that. After all, Jerry looked me in the eye and said he guarantees all his work. Well, I can tell you that he doesn't. I could hear him cussing me out over the phone because when I asked him about the hole in the yard he thought I was complaining about a piece of missing sod. I was not and he would have known that if he had bothered to show up and check it out. We are now in the position that we have a quote for $5k to fix what he did. Wish we had chosen someone else. I am afraid to ask him about this as he might cuss me out again.

From Mike Lindsey, who came to see what I needed to Albert, Josh,Sut and their crew it was flawless. One tree required the use of a crane to get it down. They preserved the driveway and within just a few hours they had all the trees cut and stumps ground. everything Went so smooth right down to the cleanup. Even when the truck came to pick up all the debris it was so cleaned up you'd never know they were there. May I say it was priced so reasonable . A huge shout out for a job well done.
