In doing so, every single one of them commented on how professional Pascual was and the quality of his work. Some of them even sent pictures. My back stairs and landing took less than two days to complete. Watching him and his team work, it's clear they take pride in it. They even got nasty with us when we complained about their lack of consideration when not showing up. at least call!! we gave them a second chance and they didn't show up again. they told us they were not making any money in the job and were doing us a favor?!?! I spoke to Frank the owner and he agreed to come back within two weeks and did not keep his promise. This surprises me since he admitted he didn't feel good about his work and said he shouldn't have left his guys alone unsupervised. Frank also admitted that his guys cut the posts wrong and rather than replace them they installed them, I have two different size gates. He also did not put a locking bar on the second gate, so it is constantly blows open. This is not what I expected from a professional. Also, at the time my wife told him the work looked poorly and he led her to believe this was what we agreed upon. Frank also intimidated her to pay since I was out of the country, she had no choice but to pay him and let me handle this mess upon my return. I tried reaching out multiple times to Frank and he kept promising he would come and fix his poor work. Frank never showed up. This situation could have easily been resolved if he came back to fix his poor workmanship, but instead he chose to rip me off. Terrible customer service!
