Any time she has an issue with her Apple phone she simply walks in and they show her what she needs to know, or simply fixes whatever she "accidentally clicked". At the same time, when you need to call customer service, if you want to talk about a new contract or an update, they will give you a person who can speak English. If you're trying to talk about your bill or services they let you wait for a long time, and after that, they give you someone who can't even speak English, Does anyone need to check your bill around. Or you need to read before you contract or update your service. Nowadays you have to sign on paper you sign with a little iPad, You can't even read, And they just tell you to sign, I have been with Version for 18 years. The initial service was December 14th. It is now March 5th and I have had 5 separate "appointments" made to get this job done, and it's still not done. I was again assured that today they'd get here by 7 p.m. and was given a phone number to call in case it didn't happen again. Called the number and it was for a service team in Florida. My kids have been injured tripping over this line as it runs across our driveway, and everytime I try to get help I get the same garbage about escalation and how they "understand my frustration". Do not understand any circumstances sign up for Xfinity services.

The billing was also wrong the they activated it again. And they said it would take 7-10 business days before a "ticket" could be written to compensate me for their mistake. I then opened the door told him I wasn't interested to that I was asked why. Again I told them I had an internet provider already and I was happy with them. Then kept getting closer to me as he was talking I shut the screen door in between us and locked it. I told him again I'm not interested have a nice day and shut the big door that time. He finally left, then today at 8:24pm after xfinity hours came back to my house and sat right outside of it by the curb for about 10minutes staring at my mom and I talking on the porch. We got the license plate number so we could report it if he came back. I tried to report it to their office but it's a robot on the phone.
