Warman Ave.) were going to hop up and land in Greenfield. A call was made this morning for help and (04/25/2026) in a jiffy our friendly neighborhood Spectrum Technician Anthony showed up, was friendly and clearly knowledgeable and had everything back online quickly, fixed everyone's TV (so important to homes full of veterans) but what stood out was how he handled the visit. Professional, calm, fun, and made it no longer feel like a problem, but like getting a new toy. You could tell he was accommodating and that means a lot to those of us that are disabled, and he could hold his chin up, proud of making 30 of us in 3 homes all chipper. Spectrum should hang onto technicians like this. He was invited to come back for dinner but he was set on helping more people restore their service. If there's a way to request him again, I would. The invite remains open if he can handle us curmudgeons. It was one of those rare times when you leave the interaction in a much better mood than when you started. Anthony should be recognized for his work. He made a meaningful difference for about 30 residents across three homes. If there's a way to request him again, I absolutely would. He deserves at least a cookie. I am thankful we are using Spectrum.

But these guys went above and beyond last week to help me! I large tree limb came down on an ATT line in my yard. After spending most of one day trying to find a local ATT office that could get this limb off the sagging phone line in my driveway, I called LifeGrid to see if they run on ATT lines and maybe had a local number. Not only did they have contact with a local office, they set up the removal of the limb! It's not often a company goes out of their way to help a customer . . . this little company is amazing.

However when we walked in we delt with an employee that didnt give us a very good impression. He said, before checking, that the item we are looking for isnt there. And we should go to another tmobile or amazon to get it. When the manager came out she found it within ten seconds. Also, he was in the middle of helping us, someone walked in and he completely stopped helping us and started helping the next guest. Aisha was great. Shed probably have better business with better employees.

So I went to a customer service center, and explained, with a diagram of what I need from them. I was quoted 70 dollars for the installation because of the 3 lines I wanted to add. Guy comes out, says standard install if they run the wires around the outside of the house was 40 per line and a dollar a minute if he has to go into the attic. And if I wanted it done professionally, and out on the inside walls (which the cable is already in the attic and their should be no issue), then I would need to schedule another appointment with them for him to come back because he did not plan on the full install? What a load of crap. Then when I told him that is not what I signed up for and that customer service will tell you anything and quote you anything but it's not his problem. I have a copy of the request so I know that it was him being shady. I would be very careful and not get scammed. I have a copy of the order the same one that he tried to inform me that the quote meant nothing. This crew is out of their minds.
