All started off well there was no conversation during about pressure about if everything was okay and today is the morning after and my spine is sore from being rubbed directly on the vertebrae from between my shoulder blades all the way to the base of my skull. I will probably be bruised. Not enough attention was paid to the glutes and upper thighs and lower back which can be a major holding area for most clients.
