Idk where they came from but their hands were magical. They start with you head, neck, shoulders, arms, and then move to your feet. Afterwards, they have you flip over and they work on your back. My husband and I went in for feet massages, but for $10 more we did the full body massage. We were put in a couples room. I had therapist Nancy and he had therapist Linda. The room is dark, the table is comfortable. The face brace is covered from beneath and I didn't like the way that felt because I didn't feel like I was getting enough fresh air. I just pulled the skirt up a little and that helped. My massage was like a Swedish Massage. Light pressure and relaxing. Nancy used hot stones on my back too, & I enjoyed that. The foot part of the massage was light. My husband said his massage was medium, and his foot massage could have been harder. Since we have practiced reflexology for our entire lives, we know when someone really knows and doesn't know what they are doing. This is a good place to go if you are eating in the area and want to relax afterwards. They do facials here and I am contemplating going back for a facial next time. One of the worst services ever. An older male did my massage in which he kept falling asleep while giving me a foot massage. His phone kept going off and he would stop in the middle of the massage to attend to his phone. He kept breathing hard and had an awful smell. Other employees were loud and noisy in which they did not care how loud they were talking, walking down the hallway with very heavy feet, moving things, etc. on top of all of that their credit card machine was not working properly and ended up charging me 3 times. DO NOT GO HERE. This has to be the worst massage I've ever experienced. The masseuse I had did not put any effort or strength in the massage and used these stones to massage my feet. Then after I asked her to stop after I asked if she could use her hands and kindly put more effort or strength. She didn't and then I asked if I could stop my massage and will be leaving. It was only about 15 mins in. So I still wanted to tip her but wanted to tip her 8$ and they demanded I pay two more dollars since there was a 10$ tip minimum. He TRIED to explain to her it was a COUPLE massage & he would like to wait till the other masseuse came in to get started. She just kept smiling and saying, " yes, yes." At this time we are already putting our clothes on because it was already 7:30. We decided that we were leaving. This place was not worth our money and we must say it was THE worst massage experience. $50 upfront charge for a 1 hour foot massage and both of our masseusse did not know what they were doing. It was a light rub and we had to ask multiple times to add more pressure but they literally missed the point (pressure points). How do you teach and tell someone you're paying to massage you? Some general views of this place: 1. If you want a high end experience, then best to go to a spa in a casino on the strip 2. The masseuses expect $15 an hour for tip. So plan on that before going 3. The bulk of the fee you pay goes to the establishment and the masseuses work on tips. They should in theory just charge $15 more per hour to make it simpler 4. Every time I go, I can hear at least one customer argue about the tip 5. With that all said, I still go to this place once ever other week but I know what I am getting myself into. My cousin and I wanted to get a massage and since her sister frequents here and so does she when in town, we decided to get one. For 1 hour she was quoted $30 and for 90 minutes $60. At first, something just didn't sound right about this. If an hour would cost $30, then wouldn't you think that $60 would cover for 2 hours??? Apparently not. My cousin questioned this because when she last visited, she was given a 90 minute massage for $50. We get to the foot spa and no one was at the front, but after a minute or so we were greeted by a male. He came out, dressed-pretty hip, I even complimented him. He didn't tell us what we needed to do prior to the massage, ie; leave clothes on or take clothes off, or whatnot. My cousin asked him. In the meantime he was getting the bamboo bucket ready for our feet to soak in and as we stood in the room. Since my cousin asked if we leave clothes on or not, he said to leave pants on which I didn't think made sense at all. When he went out, we were discussing the thing about leaving the pants on. We both decided to take everything off but the undies. How can you get a decent massage with your jeans or leggings on??? We are told to lie on our backs with feet inside bucket. Water temperature was hot, a bit hot for my cousin to put her feet straight into it at the get go. They shoulda said something about the temperature to be aware of. The massage was started, back down and head massages first. The guy I had, sounded like he had a cold, because he had the sniffles. This bothered me during the duration of the massage. He has the sniffles, was clearing his throat as if he had mucous he needed to spit out. What could I do at this point while lying there??? The massage was pretty good. We both had males working on us. My masseuse was strong, bent, cracked, and kneaded the knots out. Everything turned out good as far as the massage. 90 minutes went by quick. Now comes the part that made things a bit uncomfortable. My cousin goes to pay the bill. $50/ea plus tax and gives the guy who she massages a $20, $10/ea. Her masseuse asked if the $20 was for him only. She said it is for the both of them, 20% tip each. He looked at her as if she was kidding. It felt very awkward at this point! The cashier stood there staring at us and so did her masseuse as if she was fricken kidding. She asked him so what would they recommend and all he said that should be more because the type of massage they gave was different. Now, when you give a tip, that's optional. It is NOT mandatory!!! I felt he was very rude for questioning the amount of the tip that was being given for each of them. Now what if we didn't have more to tip them? We both gave $20 ea. We shoulda asked foe change and gave $15. I felt this was uncalled for and shouldn't have been questioned! This was very rude! On top after we left $20 each tip, he says "see you folks next time". Ummmm no that's not happening!!! I will never go back and made to feel put on the spot and being questioned about how much tip is to be given! Getting tip is a bonus and is earned, they have but shouldn't have questioned the amount given! This wasn't as if we went to a first rate spa. My boyfriend and i came in for the couples $72 for 70 minute massage. They immediately put us in a room but left us there for 30 minutes before anyone showed up. The massage itself was really nice-- the only negative thing I had to say about it was that our masseuses' phones were continuously ringing during it, not to mention they'd actually pick up and speak to whoever was on the other line. The real issue came to when it was time to pay. The masseuse wasn't happy with the amount we tipped and didn't let us leave until we tipped $20 (as she demanded). That's nearly a 30% tip and quite ridiculous that they're telling their customers how much to tip. Tips are EARNED, not demanded. And the second time after the massage. She asked me to take off my blouse and unclasped my bra. But when it was done, I had to sit up to put my shirt on and I was exposed to whoever walked by. Got a two hour massage for $70, first hour and 20 minutes was mostly foot massage, very repetitive and overdone. I was kind of disappointed for how much time I paid for. The last 40 minutes however was awesome. I like a hard and deep type of massage and they sure did that at the end, they did back, legs, arm massage and also some wonderful body stretching. After massage before they took payment they ask if I gave tip yet and I said no so I took out $10 and gave it to the lady that gave me my massage, she looked funny at me and put the money on the table like it was an insult. This foot spa my wife and I just went to was $38 an hour each. The massage therapist spent 20 minutes gropping our inner thighs and buttock/ass area and had their cellphones out most of the time. I wasn't too happy for the service to begin with, they were really rough with the massaging and rude. My issue is that they didn't us back our change because they were asking for a $10 minimum tip when I had already gave their employees a gratuity. They were forcing us to pay in order to leave and my wife and I just left without getting our change back. I went here for the first time yesterday with a friend. Frome the beginning the staff was very friendly, and the atmosphere was very relaxing. We got the $20 massage, this includes time on both your body and feet. I was very satisfied with my massage, afterwards I felt really relaxed and wined down. I am a mother of 4 so I don't have this feeling too often. I also liked that they didn't pressure you about how much to leave for the tip. The men had female masseuse's and visa versa for the ladies. My buddy and I were impressed with how strong our masseuse's hands were for being so petite!
