came with a group, but i will give my experience review only. i was given a male "masseuse" (& i use that loosely, because they are not real masseuses). he was aggressively massaging my feet and legs.. at one point it became too painful i told him to lighten up please!! he really did not. just because i have more meat on my bones, dont mean you should attack them to the point where i am in severe pain! isnt this supposed to be relaxing?!? towards the end, i felt this man in between my legs then massaging the side of my thighs. SUPER WEIRD AND UNCOMFORTABLE!! i had a towel over my face (which he put in the beginning, but i can still see). the tip part is true about what the other reviewers say. they get nasty if you dont tip almost 50% of the cost of the actual service. hours later, i have bruises all over my legs now!!!! i do NOT recommend this place. read more

It looks small from the big one that next to it, but it's a good relaxing place after we tried, with a good reasonable price. We did go into the bigger one next to it to take a look but it was very expensive and funny advertising so we decided to try this one. The room is nice and clean, with soft warm nights open space. Cute little front and bathroom with interesting decoration. The man at the front desk is friendly and welcomed us with warm greetings. Later he became my masseuse, sometimes he would have to answer the phone, but he was nice enough to ensure that I will get extra time because of this. They are well trained to give a massage, they know where your pains are and would like to help you more in the pain area. I had some neck and back problems from sitting too much and long driving, they are nice to help me with that. I love the soft couch and how they worked my neck and back, it is surely relaxing and the price is very good for an hour of a good massage on your head, neck, back, and foot. I like how they use hot water to wash and warm your feet in the beginning. It was worth the try! read more

She had to tell him to go easier 3 times. Mine was literally foot only which I asked for and good. Upon payment pop gave me the evil eye when I gave $10 top for each massage. That's like 33% and 25%! Jackpot has a lot going for them -- clean space, ample parking, strong masseuses, open late. I was even impressed by the measures they took to ensure COVID safety; staff wore masks at all times, asked us to sanitize our hands, and even sprayed us down with some kind of alcohol disinfectant before starting. Unfortunately, the reviews on here are spot on in terms of their tipping behaviors. I'm not a cheap tipper by any means, but when someone tries to guilt me into tipping more than what I think it appropriate, I'm just not down with that. While we were getting massaged, we heard one of the masseuses pressure another customer to tip more (which they did, hesitantly), but that had me a bit anxious about how our experience was going to go. Unsurprisingly, when I wrote in the tip on my receipt, the masseuse looked at me and said "That's it?" While my massage was good, that left an undesirable taste in my mouth. This place is so cute. We got a 1 hour massage. $40 for an hour. Not bad. They soak your feet. And give plenty of attention to your legs and feet. Approximately 15 min each foot and leg. Then the back was last but super amazing when they have the hot rocks!! I felt so relaxed. The rocks were the perfect touch. I'd come here any day over the spas at the casinos/hotels etc. they are way over priced. I rather support a Small local business. Thank you ! I had a guy. He was super good. My parents came in town to visit, and we had several hours to kill before their flight home - decided to just stumble into the first foot massage place we found, and Jackpot happened to be the one! I was initially weary, as the place seemed a but small, and I wasn't positive they'd be able to accommodate three of us as walk-ins. There was a slight delay getting my dad's massage started, and I assume it's because they called in a staff member to come in. However once we were all started, it was pretty smooth and a good quality foot massage. I enjoyed that their foot massage also includes time on the body as well. My only issue, other than the delay waiting for another staff member for my dad, was that there were a group of customers that were walking in, so my masseuse left me to go speak to them. Though it was brief, and while I understand it's important to go acknowledge your customers walking in through the door, I was left going, "what? where'd she go?" though she did return after a minute or so. For a weekend, I would have assumed they'd be better staffed to man the front desk AND have enough masseuses to handle customers. read more

I used the restroom before as my parents laid down to receive theirs. We paid for a 1 hour massage but somehow mine was over about 20 mins before the people I came in with. I heard people come in so I'm assuming they cut mine short to squeeze another person in. Just a terrible experience. I felt like no tip was necessary as I didn't even get the hour I paid for and the massage itself was below average. I would have tipped if they actually did the hour and didn't cut it short. When we drove to the place, it was raining here in Vegas so it was chilly-- a bit cold. I'm telling you, those hot stones felt really great when applied, up and down, on my back. The masseuse or massage attendants did not have the smell of cigarettes. They appeared to me that they cleaned and sanitized their hands before the start of the treatment. BUT then there was a situation with another customer blaming one of the masseuse that she took his watch that he couldn't find it after his massage and that there were to many people going in and out of his room.. crazy..and that he would call the police . If you ever been here their room are pretty open so it was super loud !and I couldn't relax it was annoying. I should've argued to get some of my money back but I wanted to get out of there fast!
