Just had a couples massage at this place. Wanted to treat my girlfriend to a nice night after a busy week. DO NOT GO HERE. The best part about this place was the sweet old lady who greeted and explained things to us at the front. The massage was careless. The dude massaging me never once checked to see if I was comfortable and used a force that hurt. The face holes on the bed hurt. They constantly play a 30 second loop that makes you question if you're crazy. A 90 minute massage with a constant 30 second loop?!?! Are you kidding? The room is freezing. The area is sketchy. Hot stones were scalding. The cupping was painful. The absolute worst part was my girlfriend was stuck with a masseuse who kept burping, coughing, and sniffing the entire massage! I'm sorry, if this is your profession, you need to figure those things out or find another job. Absolutely impossible to enjoy a massage with someone burping every 2 minutes. DO NOT GO HERE!!! Firstly, all these "great, five star" reviews you see here are all lies. After your massage, they will hold you hostage until you tip them, and they make you write a five-star review on them. They will sit there and wait for proof that you left a five-star review. Also, if you don't tip them enough, they will beg for more. Now, for the real review. If you dare to try this place, do not go when it's dark outside. The location decrepit, and it is adjacent to a smoke shop. In addition, the homeless men sleeping right outside the door didn't quite enhance our experience. We got our massage on Groupon, so I don't know if that affected how they treated us in our massage. The massage was not relaxing at all, and the hand pressure of the masseuse was inconsistent, and it felt incredibly rushed. It seemed as if they never received professional training. Not to mention, their massage licenses were not posted anywhere to be seen. The face holes in the massage beds were too small, and it hurts your face. The rooms had no AC, and it was uncomfortably hot. They don't check the temperature of the hot stones, and it was borderline scalding. Their "scented" essential oils were cold and barely had any scent, as if it were diluted with regular baby oil. They constantly interrupted the massage by walking out multiple times. They were burping and coughing repeatedly near our faces. They farted multiple times during our massage. The "relaxing" music that they were playing was just a 60-second sound clip on repeat. The only good thing was that the sheets were seemingly clean. I would have let everything slide and just forgot about it. Showed up at 12:45 for apt at 1 with my wife and walked into a room with no one in sight. After about 15 minutes I see a guy walking in the back and stairs at me but doesn't say anything. 10 minutes later a lady comes out and says I'm so sorry we're running late and hang me a bowl of candy and water. I understood that it would be a few minutes over. Next thing I know it's 1:40 and there isn't any communication from them so we were mad and left.
