Had a quote in March made several calls told to wait, never heard from them again. Amateurs that jerk you around. Avoid them!

I hired them to put gutters on my house because my property was graded wrong and water would collect close to the house. The company was quick and knew what they were doing and there were no hickups, other than a payment issue. I opted to pay with credit card and I was told I had to pay through the office. The office though said I couldn't pay without a receipt and I didn't get one. The issue was quickly resolved though and I paid them for a job well done. Diego responds very fast, he came out quickly to bid the job, send his bid right away, and did us a big favor and squeezed us in his schedule, We just put a new pool in our backyard, and their are no gutters in the back. Outstanding service! Called Diego the day before the largest Monsoon storm my home has seen in eight years to replace two downspouts that have been giving me trouble. Diego quoted me on larger diameter downspouts with bigger takeoff boxes where the spouts meat the scuppers. (territorial home). We highly recommend DDD to anyone who needs gutters. I cannot say enough great things about this company. The owner Diego responded to my text and scheduled the estimate appt for early July. He arrived right on time. We walked around the house and discussed where the gutters and downspouts should go. A part of our roof was designed to meet in the middle which made a trough. Whenever it rained, it pretty much dumped a river of dirty, dusty water right into our pool so that had to be fixed with gutters. We also live in a HOA and needed the gutters to match the color of the house where it is attached to. No problem, he had his metal gutter color chips with him and held them against the house so we could decide on the colors. Two colors were selected for the side of the house and the facia. We could tell that Diego knew exactly what was needed. He was such a nice guy and very professional. At the end of the appt he told me he would send the estimate to me. A few minutes after driving away the estimate appeared in my email. Wow, just unbelievable!! Not only was the estimate done so quickly, but the quote was so inexpensive. There was no question that we were going with DDD for our gutters. On the day of installation, his crew arrived on time. Again, we walked the perimeter of the house just to confirm where the gutters and downspouts would go. They worked hard in the heat, installed everything perfectly and cleaned up after themselves.
