You can't beat the value! I went for scrubs for work because scrubs for some reason, are so expensive. Not here thought! Me and my boyfriend each got 2 full pairs of scrubs along with undershirts and multiple pairs of extra pants and a jacket each for around $100. Whereas name brands will charge you $30-$70 for a single pair of scrubs, no jacket included. I don't care if the employees are nice or rude. Luckily for me they were very kind. I'll be here soon for more scrubs. read more

Most DD's that I have been to look like a storm has just hit the inside. I'll give credit to this DD's though, it was very clean and organized. Shelfs were organized, stocked, aisles were clean and free of crap on the floor. We were able to find pretty much everything we were looking for and of course, prices were very good. Good job here DD's, we'll be back soon. read more

I was here a couple days ago getting blanket. I called ahead today to make sure they had gotten in or had any queen sized blankets so it would not be a waisted trip and I could have gone to another one. I even spoke to a manager. I get here and there is one, what the heck? read more

I was just at dd And they had quite a few cute dresses. So this put me in a good mood. Until I got to then cashier. She asked me if there was a price tag on the dress I was about to purchase and I pointed out to her it was $10 something but she said she things that it is less. So I jokingkly said I'll take the lower price. But when she scanned it the price it was more and so she left it up to me to see if I want it still. The point is the tag said less. She did not bother offering to see if manager can help. Tried pointing out store should give for tag price And cashier that I was joking. I asked if there was a manager and cashier ignored me and then I said I guess she is ignoring. Very disappointed. Put me in a mood. read more

GOOD Inexpensive clothes. Staff was friendly EBT was supposedly taken, but dont know how that works. I've never seen such a thing at a clothing/accessories store. BAD I was there on a weekend evening and there was a decent amount of people which means a large crowd on weekends. I would avoid this place then. It felt somewhat of a high class Goodwill Store as thete was no smell of old clothes. UGLY No bathrooms. A large store like this should have one for the guests, especially on a crowded weekend which I am certain they have. read more

Completely disorganized, merchandise scattering the floors, horrible customer service. No "how are you?", "did you find everything okay?", or even "hello" from cashiers. No eye contact was even made until I was being handed my receipt. My cashier called out next before her current customer was even done. Someone had been waiting longer than I had so I asked them if they'd like to go ahead of me, however because they were there for a return, the cashier barked at us that returns were not being accepted yet & again yelled "next". I mean, it's DD's discounts though, so cheap clothes comes at the price of a stale shopping experience. read more

This store Isn't as terrible as some people make it out to be. My biggest issue with them are their lines. I often Come in for just one or two things and end up waiting in line for 15 minutes. It's a bargain store,so the mess is expected. Things are reasonably priced, Other than that, It's pretty deserving of It's four stars. :) read more

This was by far thee worst customer service i have ever experienced. I ask an associate to help me find a long sleeve blouse in which case i was ignored than when i ask for the restroom the associate rudely suggested i to the 99 cent store next door because they let anyone use their restroom!!Store was an absolute mess, associates are extremely rude and i was sent to the 99 cent only store to use the restrooms since Dds doesnt offer public restrooms. I'm never returning to shop at DDS. Worst retail experience ever!!! read more

Was looking forward on buying a luggage. I had found one and asked a security if he could open it to see if it had compartments inside then return it to him so they could hold it for me when I was done shopping. When I was going to pay at the register Janet manager accused us of putting another tag inside. It was unfair since the tags both said the same discription but different price. I come here a lot for clothes shoes purses and whatever else. I love their clothes. If u really look u'll b able to find real cute stuff for a good price. I have not had any problems here but that might b just cuz me and family always come as soon as the store opens to avoid the "ghetto" crowd if u know wat I mean. Just Beware if you buy anything and want to take it back even if you are within the 30 days to return and paid CASH, Debit, Credit. You can only get store credit!!! Nothing else this policy is horrible. I had bought clothes for my daughter that needed a certain color and different sizes in case they didn't fit. I spent $180.00 in cash thinking if they don't fit I will just return it for my money back. Well I went into the store today 2 weeks before my return date. Thinking I'm going to get my money back but that wasn't the case store credit only. So over $80.00 in store credit that I really don't need. So just be aware if you are a person that likes to try on after you buy you won't get your money back only Store Credit. read more

I love shopping here but customer service sucks. The cashiers are rude and not friendly especially the one who is Black with Blonde hair. She is loud and will not even sau hello but barks orders like a robot to customers. A little personality goes a long way. Smile,ask the customer if they found everything ok,then small talks don't hurt. While she is ringing in your items, she's chattering away with co workers. Cant stand her rudeness. I always come to this store and everyone seems to be very friendly. But unfortunately today was a different story . I went to try on some things to make sure they fit and the lady in the dressing room , she was an older lady was so rude I tried to make conversation with her as she was counting my clothes and she just ignored me. So I tried to brush it off , not everyone is friendly. So than I go to check out . There was no line , which was surprising. So I get to the check out Winie started checking my items out I asked how her day was she coldly replied "fine". Which I just got the impression everyone here hates there job .. Anyway as she was ringing my items up she turned around to the young lady working behind her who was putting the perfume in boxes, she told her she "shouldn't be doing that because if corporate was here we would get in trouble." So on top of horrible customer service this was just all around very unprofessional and absolutely the worst customer service. I work somewhere customer service is very important so this was very interesting that this employee would openly address to another employee about hints they shouldn't do because of corporate and how grumpy everyone here was . I saw a sign that this DDs is hiring , I just would like management to know the employees working here and hopefully there new hire/hires has whaat these employees are currently lacking . read more

If there was a possibility for negative stars, this place would definitely get them! I've never shopped here but my mom does and she finds great deals. My issue with them is that between Friday and Saturday, she spent almost $600 on bedding and the like. Now, Friday was over $300 and Saturday was over $200 and neither time did they help her out of the store. She is almost 70 years old and purchased tons of bedding. You couldn't help her?! On Friday, two cashiers actually argued about who would help her since it was raining. One told the other that she would cover the cash register and for the other to go out to which the other cashier replied, "oh so you want ME to be the one to get wet in the rain?!". Meanwhile, my mother is standing there, waiting for one of their trifling selves to step up. So, she did it herself. I actually witnessed the Saturday event. I was migraining, in the car and I thought someone was helping her until she got in and said she had to make 4 trips in and out of the store (since the carts are not allowed outside). HOW DARE YOU BE SO RUDE!!! I hope your boss sees this and you get reprimanded at the least! There are people who would love to help someone out to their car, in the rain, just to have a job and you are so comfortable in your position that you can just be uncaring and ill-mannered!
