I was lost on trying to find my kids these dang dumplings that are impossible to find these days when I stumbled upon a tik tok video from the store stating they have DUMPLINGS! I immediately jumped in my car and took the hour drive to the store, BEST DECISION EVER! I was greeted by a sweetheart named Ally sorry if I spelled her name wrong! Who seen my lost face and immediately asked if I was looking for dumplings and politely handed me one.. I browsed the store and ... jaw dropped when I came upon that gorgeous face that looked oh so familiar!! I thought could it be? Was it him.. YESSSSSS!! TikTok super star who even posted that the store had what this burnt out momma needed was right in front of me! Derrick was his name and hospitality was his game! Where do I begin? Let me start off by saying that this is my first visit to a Five Below. Upon entering, I thought this store was having a liquidation sale, just based on the state of disarray the store was in. The merchandise was misplaced. The clothes area looked like it had been ransacked. If you look at the photos, you will see just how messy this store is. Where were the employees? They were all standing at the front, huddled together. You'd think they would have employees tidying up the place, but it's apparent that they take no interest in making their workplace a clean space for customers. Upon paying, I asked the employee who the manager was. She asked why, and I told her that the store was very messy. In sarcastic tone, she said "um ok." What she should have said was, "oh I'm so sorry about that, I'm going to let my manager know." I would be embarrassed to work here, because this Five Below will be known as THE messy Five Below. This visit occurred on 09/01 around 3 PM. Oh, and I will add that the store was not even busy. There were some bottlenecking in aisles, but that's because people were trying to cautiously maneuver around all the clutter and tripping hazards on the floor. read more

I've been to a half dozen Five Below's and this one was the messiest one I have even been too. Various products all over the floor and at the base of then shelves. Not sure if they had a group of unruly customers come in and trash place, but I did see that there was another comment similar to mine 17 days prior to my visit. Sadly some people don't have respect and do what they want, but take pride in your store. Not sure what management is doing but it didn't seems like employees were actively straightening up. Other wise you normally can sometimes find a cool collectable or game or snacks. read more

This was my first time at a Five Below store. Located in the Renaissance Market between Burlington and Party City. Plenty of parking. They have lots of items that you could get at a 99 cents only or Dollar Tree store, but the difference their merchandise is from $1 to $5. So much to see and select from. Typically, Five Below is a quick and easy trip with no issues. My young son and I visited this location during the day on vacation and it was a messy disaster. The staff didn't pay any attention to anyone around them and there was trash and merchandise all over the floors; making it nearly impossible to push a cart around. None of the self checkouts were open, and a staff member checks you out at a small self checkout counter. She clicked the rating at the end also so I wasn't able to accurately complete that either. I'll drive out of the way next time. read more

I love five below but this one is so messy sucks because I live so close I went in and the store was a mess from when you walk in they had boxes of merchandise blocking aisles then I was looking at the shirts a shopping cart was in the way so I politely moved it over so I can see the rest of the shirts and an employee was on the floor folding shirts and shouted at me HEY MAAM ! YOU CAN BE OVER HERE ! with the rudest tone.... why is so they have employees doing all this mess with a busy store on a Saturday !! No room to walk around at all horrible store smh read more

I've been here a few times and usually a great store. This time, the store was trashed. Merchandise all over the floors, stock carts full of stock everywhere. Really trashed. Then there were 8 self check outs up front, and seven of them were closed with an employee on one checking you out. This place I'd in major disary and in need of much help. Wow so trashed. read more

I walk into the store and it's like I've entered a parallel universe where common sense is a rare commodity. The red-headed young lady (staff member) seems to have undergone a crash course in how to annoy customers 101 and boy have they aced it! The young lady stood between the self service cashiers and offered no help whatsoever. I asked if she had additional inventory for an item and automatically was told no. I got home and realized I had the missing pieces. I returned to Five Below and ran into the same red headed young lady. Made eye contact with her and she proceeded to hold her conversation with another female employee. The girl clearly has no interest in her job as she carried her conversation telling the the other employee how she is too lazy to charge her smartwatch before walking away. The gal working the register was the complete opposite. Exactly what customer service should be. She addressed my concerns and provided a solution. Kudos to this young lady. Still 1 star only since the red headed gal is incompetent. read more

Store has bathrooms for both men and women according to the signs posted on the wall; however one could imagine how shock I was to see a man walking in the women bathroom as I was washing my hands. After speaking with staff I was told they keep the man's bathroom for staff and women for both men and women.
