My teenager needed to stock up on their bath and body works and there's no better time to go then when they have their buy 3 get 3 unless they're doing their semi annual sale. I also had 3 rewards, a plus! I won't lie, I was a little upset when I found out the body butters were no longer included for rewards purchased and they raised the price to $20.95. I'm not blaming the store but I wanted to share that! The service was great! Everyone working was helpful and greeted us when we approached them. One gentleman even search the entire store to see if I could get a watermelon fruit fusion body cream but they were sold out. I don't usually like fruit smells but this one was giving. I do feel like they downscaled their inventory in the store or they just needed a major restock. Luckily we were able to get everything we needed but the one body cream. Oh and I also couldn't get my body butter because they were excluded from the rewards now. On a positive note, I'm glad they're extending the book loft scent into other items because that's my in home smell. It's woodsy and I live for it! This store has really improved in terms of the friendliness and good attitudes of the employees. The tables were well stocked with merchandise. Upon entering, I was greeted by Sam and Yvonne. I was looking for a specific wallflower plug in, and Yvonne was kind enough to direct me to the item I was looking for. My only critique, is that the store was very warm. The A/C must have not been working. They had fans out, but it wasn't enough to keep the store cool. Terrible customer service came in for a online pickup and there was no welcome , or how may I help you the professionalism was subpar I don't recommend this location. Employees should definitely be retrained within customer service. Customer service is so important mannerism is everything. Went to this location during the day before work . I walked in, seen an employee. Did not greet me say hello or anything which is fine. Went about my business as I continued to shop. I realized she said hi to everybody else that walked in except me. She was a heavier set Mexican woman with some highlights in her hair. I was there from about 5 to 6 PM. There were no other associates that I saw. I actually wanted to make a purchase, but the whole situation made me feel disrespected and unattended to so I left. read more

Was here about three months ago. Warm friendly welcome by staff. As always. Clean and organized in-spite of large amount of products on display. Mixture of different wonderful smell all around. This store's customer service was absolutely horrendous. There were 6 employees on shift and only three (3) of them were actively working: one at cashier, one doing pick-up orders and one stocking inventory on the floor. I have no clue what the other three were doing but there was a line of 8+ customers trying to check out. We waited in line for over 10+ mins and during that time the cashier didn't call for additional help nor did any of the other 3 employees doing nothing open another cashier lane. I left without purchasing any product and the lady whom I assume was the manager had an attitude as I did so. This was by far the worst experience I have had at any Bath and Body Works location. read more

I was soooo glad when they put a bath and body works only 5 minutes from my house because the addiction is real! The girls here are sooo kind and patient. With COVID they limit a certain amount of people in the store and before you go in you sanitize. They did just recently change their hours but not sure if they have been updated online. Lines get long but typically move quickly now with COVID. Lines inside aso love quickly. It's right next to America's best and a sports store. read more

I don't frequent this location too often even though it is by my house. I went in today for the Semi annual sale since I wasn't able to get some of the items I wanted online for my husband. I walked in and wasn't greeted..okay. I began browsing the store and I walked passed another associate and still no greeting or acknowledgement. I turned around and she greets the lady behind me and asked if she needed a basket. I encountered the same associate and now I have 4 items in my hands. I crossed paths with a girl I assumed was the manager because she said to the other associate or manger that she was leaving and she told them to call her if they needed anything. The manager that was leaving sees this lady with one item in her hand and asked her if she needed a basket. She passes me with these 4 items in my hands and give the lady the basket which is fine not a problem, however I would've appreciated if she asked if I needed a basket as well. I know for sure she saw me because she almost bumped into me trying to get the basket for the other customer. Then finally when I am heading to checkout the original associate I came in contact with finally asked me if I needed a basket.... once I was in line. It could have been five but one of the employees there was very bratty towards me one day. Her name was Sam. The younger girl with the glasses and the long brown hair. I notice she is very nice to all the other employees.. so I know what you're thinking, she couldn't possibly be rude to customers. She has recently not been rude anymore. When I went to check out a lovely girl by the name of Jennifer checked us out. Let me tell you. Everyone should have this girls personality and customer service. She was sooooo nice! It's so hard to come across people like this especially during the holidays. At other stores employees can be so rude and they make you feel like they don't want to be at work. Not Jennifer. So, this afternoon my wife received a package via mail and unfortunately due to shipping problems some of the items arrived broken and damaged other items ordered. Wife and I went out on a sort-scavenger hunt for the best Bath & Body Works within our neighborhood. To cut a long story short we went to three different stores; one store doesn't exist anymore, another store really didn't solve our problem, and then there's the store located at Renaissance Parkway. I'm so sorry that I don't recall the young lady that assisted my wife from greeting us into the store, solving the issue that we had, to checking us out with a 100% exchange to the satisfaction of both of us. I came here at 5:00pm to get some stuff. We went and stood in line and then were told that the line had been closed off because they were closing soon. IT SAYS THEY DONT CLOSE UNTIL 7PM! I went on a Friday! There were only four people in line and they told me I couldn't stay in line because they were closing soon TWO HOURS before they were closing! I understand that because of covid only a certain amount of people are allowed inside the store but to not even be able to stand in line to go inside two hours before closing is ridiculous! read more
