After reviewing some negative comments online I was skeptic to contract with Howard but, Howard and I spoke candidly about expectations and he upheld his end of the bargain throughout. Howard was responsive and communicative as I decided the materials I wanted to use for new windows and stucco. Howard was clear about his purchasing process, and reliable in meeting all the timelines that we agreed upon, including lead-time for materials, crew availability, etc. Howard always answered my calls and would advise on any questions I had and provided photos when requested. Some of the work Howard and his crew completed include: repair to damaged stucco, repair to leak in overhang porch roof, fresh coat of a stucco to entire house, repair to water damage around all windows and restoration of interior and exterior window panes, replace of all windows and doors including a sliding door, and general demo and debris removal.
