Highly organized and professional, gave us a clear rundown of all the rules including speed limits…read morethroughout the bay, how to operate the jetski, etc. Had us watch an instructional safety video, even had us video with our own cameras the entire perimeter of the jetski itself so as to ensure no confusion in assessing for damage afterward which im assuming had been an issue in the past with other customers. But this is the right way to do it, esp with these frequently rented vehicles that can easily sustain minor damages if handled carelessly. The dude at the dock is also very helpful in helping you ride away from and approach the dock, the latter of which can be a little tricky. Other jetski rental services in the area have been far less clear and professional in my experience. And why deal with the choppy waves and high traffic of the Coronado area. Mission Bay's where it's at yo! And that makes this the go-to for some of the best jetskiing you can experience in SD and I'd say SoCal in general. There a quite a bit of rules to follow once you are in the water, so pay attention to the video and orientation. My only feedback, is there is no way to tell what time to come back to avoid extra charges. I didn't want to risk brining my phone if we flipped, so we ended up coming back about 20 mins early. I would recommend a water watch to bring, even better if they provided them to guests. Super fun!

When Sea-doo stopped making their jet boats, I couldn't find anyone other than where I bought the boat (2.5 hr drive from my home) to fix or maintain my Sea-doo 150 Speedster jet boat. Due to multiple circumstances, the boat unfortunately sat trailered and unused for the past 7 years, and definitely needed a refresh & couple of replacement parts before it was ready for the river again. So, no surprise I was SUPER excited and thankful to find Arteen and his shop, (especially only being a quick drive into Escondido)! He is very knowledgeable and easy to communicate with. This guy knows his stuff! So, if you're stuck with a Sea-doo jet boat, or have jet skis / waverunners that need some work or maintenance, I HIGHLY recommend contacting Arteen at Havasu Powersports! They take tremendous pride in their work and customer hospitality and do the job the right way. I took my machine here after another shop botched an install. I won't be taking my Waverunner anywhere else. Highly recommended.
