I don't worry about my babies in my absence because she's a second mother to them. she does walk them (as many times a day as I need her) but she also takes the time to play with each of them developing a relationship with them and enhancing their day. She lets me know if they're feeling "off" or not feeling well. she also lets me know if she finds anything physically wrong with them and needs a vet visit. She offers to take them if I'm unable. Every penny I pay her for anything extra I need from her, vet visits, cleaning their kennels or keeping them if we're away is worth the money I pay her. Finding someone that treats our babies like we do is a rare find.

They gave us back the fee but their price is 50% higher than the place we use now. The place we use now is just as nice and they don't try to add on extra fees for extra services. After being a client from the beginning when they opened they didn't seem to care about our loyalty. When we found out how much cheaper we could get the same or better care we switched. Best money we ever saved. They never even tried to get us back. We have also met other people that left them bringing their dogs to this place we use now.

He is now permanently blind in one eye, which our vet confirmed was due to injury sustained while in their care. He also has a body infection, trauma to the inside of his mouth, and lost 1.5 lbs -- a significant amount for a 4.4 lb dog. There was no communication from the facility during his stay to alert me to any problems or injuries, and no explanation or accountability when I brought these issues to their attention. They are taking no accountability for what happened. My dog is not only physically hurt but emotionally distressed, and we are now left dealing with the aftermath, both medically and emotionally. This has been a heartbreaking and infuriating experience. I would never recommend this boarding facility .
