We started seeing Deb a few months ago and our life with Milo has improved drastically. He is calm when cars go by, can walk bravely past other people and animals, and met a new dog sitter very politely this evening. He's even willingly spending time in his crate! We've been able to see more of his sweet personality now that he isn't as fearful, and he's a calmer, happier dog overall. A lot of dogs seemed unhappy because of the noise level and lack of room to play, making it hard for the dogs to feel relaxed. When I asked the staff how they supervise and divide up the dogs, I got no valid answers. I left feeling like I would be taking a huge risk if I left my dog there because clearly, none of them had a clue what they were doing. While there are likely some people who have had a good experience with this facility, I will not be returning again.
