Laid back atmosphere even tho there is not much of a waiting room. Most ppl drop off vehicle and leave it there for the work to be done. If you stay, you will end up striking a conversation with Ed. Even if I had to wait weeks for an appointment, I wouldn't go anywhere else, but he gets us in within a few days.
