She had a hard time at points contacting them, and they gave us a quote of $4000. Fine. We said we had to think about it. He said they were gonna charge us $150 for looking at it even though they did no work on it. Fine. So we called a company that will ship our car home and called Shults to see if they would release the car to the shippers. Yes, if we pay them $291. Somehow they doubled what we owed!! So, my point is: They do not seem trustworthy.

Shults Nissan did not honor the listed price: The new price was almost $2,000 more than the advertised and posted price: I was informed that the vehicle was miss-priced due to an input error.
