They are putting flyers in mailboxes which they should not be doing. Below in the review of my experience. I'll be posting on next door as well as he says he's working in the neighborhood. I want the neighbors to be aware of who they are allowing in their yard. After hiring Gonzalo and his crew I noticed my yard was thrashed. They spilled stain all over my driveway that now won't come off. Broke my weight bench and my hose stand and didn't tell me. I showed Gonzalo and he didn't seem concerned. Didn't offer to fix it. I still decided to give him a decent review as I understand that reviews are important to companies. He said wait 6 months and pull any oliander that may come up before planting new plants. After oliander came up 1 had to spend all day digging to un earth the stumps that were supposed to be ground down by his company. I reached out asking if he would be working in the area and received a prompt answer that they were in the area. I sent the images l've attached here and was ignored after. I told Gonzalo that I would have no choice but to write a review reflecting my actual experience if he did not respond. I even offered to pay to remove them even though they were supposed to remove them the first time. So I Could not recommend this terrible company to anyone. 100% recommend! We bought a house that the previous owner had planted at least 20 trees all along the fence line. We had hired a company to cut them down but they didn't remove any of the stumps. Well we wanted them gone! DeRosas Tree Care took out all the stumps along with a few trees that were still standing. They were quick and offered us a great price! I can't say enough about "De Rosas Tree Care"! They came to our rescue out of the blue, and in the nick of time! During one of the many extreme storms we were having to go through, a large tree fell on my dad's roof near the side of the house. I frantically tried searching for tree companies online with few results. Most businesses were overwhelmed already with tree removal jobs. I finally got a hold of one company and was relieved that the owner would come out quickly as an emergency. We needed things takened care of before the next storm so we could place tarps over the damage on the roof. Unfortunately, the man came out and started the work, only to suddenly drop everything and take off never to return! (See my previous negative review for "Rod's Tree Service"). After a few hours of wondering what to do and who to call, De Rosas Tree Care miraculously came to our door! He asked if we needed help and my dad and I exclaimed with a resounding YES! He checked all the boxes: Licensed, insured, bonded and ready to start ASAP! At first he couldn't start until the next day, because he needed to get his crew, equipment and trucks together. But to our amazement, he returned to my dad's house just a couple hours later ready to get started! Our family is so happy and thankful that De Rosas came to our rescue! They did a great job clearing not only the fallen tree from the house, but we also had them remove 4 more old trees that we had great concerns about! This service brought all the proper and professional equipment needed along with a kick ass crew! My sister and I started to wonder that my mom (who recently passed away), sent them to us! She always managed to take charge and get things done no matter how stressful a challenge was! Thank you again, to "De Rosas Tree Care" for being there! My only issue was that we requested that the tree trunks to be cored out from the palm trees, but there appeared to be a lack of communication, and it didn't get done.... read more

There is no contractor's license listed for them. They are committing a federal offense by putting flyers in people's mailboxes and not mailing them. For an out of town tree service infiltrating Yuba City, they are not following the law nor do they have a contractor's license. I was taking bids for a large tree removal and came across a recent flyer left at my residence. They responded within 45 minutes for an estimate. Pricing was comparable and with a crew of five, they completed the removal, stump grind, cleanup and included the top off of 2 other trees near by. Minimal debris in pool. Moved heavy decorative features and returned them. read more

I had a very large palm tree and the roses gave me a reasonable estimate and arrived with a tree shredder and in less than five hours had done a massive trim to the tree. The work was done very professionally and my driveway was swept up and all of the debris was carted away when they left. The workmen were hard-working and although the tree was extremely high were able to climb and trim to the full height of the tree and I highly recommend them for any tree trimming needs or removal. read more

I received 3 estimates. These guys were slightly less money. I liked his plan on how to clean up my large sycamore tree and 2 orange trees. They came out 3 days later and did exactly what they said they would do. Crew was professional and polite. Everything looked great. Oh and they really cleaned up nicely. We had a handful of very large trees that were either dead or dangerous in our yard that needed to be removed. We also had several trees that needed a good trimming to keep them healthy. After getting bids from 6+ tree services companies, De Rosas was a clear winner. They showed the most knowledge on what actually needed to come out, how things would look after the removal / trimming and we were able to get on the schedule within 2 weeks of them coming out. While the price was not the lowest bid we received, it was very reasonable and they were very professional when it came to providing proof of insurance and license information. We will definitely be using De Rosas to upkeep our trees moving forward! read more

This company is very professional. when they cut tree branches and trop these branches to ground they watch very careful to avoid hitting other plantation in our back yard. And they cleaned up our back yard very well, we will definite use their service next time when we need it. read more

Several months ago, I found a business card in my mailbox from De Rosas Tree Care. I needed my trees pruned back and had been meaning to hire someone to take of it for me, so thought I'd give De Rosas a try. I worked with Gonzalo and Baltazar on the estimate and eventually hired them to do the job. They did great. Price was super reasonable and they worked pretty fast to trim my 3 really large overgrown trees. Because they did such a good job, I asked for an estimate on additional landscaping and tree root removal on my property. That was over a week ago and I have yet to hear back from them. I've called several times to follow up and it's as though they disappeared off the face of the earth. No return calls. I would be fine with letting this go and moving forward with another company, but they were also supposed to return to remove some additional branches from the trees they pruned that are now hanging really low to the ground and haul them away. I already paid for this work and they have not completed the job. This is really disappointing. Especially since they did such a good initial job on my trees. I had high hopes for De Rosas, but was let down. Just a warning for anyone else that may come across Gonzalo and team. They seemed so nice and professional, but didn't follow through. read more

I had a 60-foot pine tree that was endangering my house, actually had grown smack into the wall. They did a beautiful job in removing it, leaving the stump perfectly flush with the sidewalk. Everyone was kind and professional. I did not want to be out there in the heat. When I returned at the end of the job, I saw the property was even far cleaner than it had been. Gonzolo went absolutely above and beyond. I will be hiring them again. read more
