DE Storage exceeded my expectations completely. I chose a climate control area. It is clean and easily accessible from road level. The winter rates were terrific. Kris thankfully directed me to a larger unit than I was originally planning to get, and the extra space was much needed. My move was interrupted by a snow storm, and they were amazingly flexible allowing me to keep the truck (which you can also rent from them) for a couple of extra days. From the time I walked in I was very satisfied with their customer service and friendly atmosphere. All of my questions were answered and I loved how willing the office was to help me with what my family needed as far as storing our things.
