They charge me monthly I'm unsure why because they obviously dont do anything no follow up NOTHING!! so now I have to find a termite company that will tent my house as well as start a small claims suit against truly nolen. About 6 weeks ago on my last visit, a technician put a sticky insect monitor on my kitchen counter. I sent "JOE" a photo of what was in it. It contains both Palmetto bugs (roaches) and german cockroaches. This is after almost a year of treatment. I really keep my house clean and don't leave food around. I got a response before 7am and someone was out by 11am. I was impressed by the quick response and showing up on time a couple days before the holiday. Nestor, the tech who came out was friendly, respecting of our home and in my mind conducted one of the most thorough and honest free estimates. We have a pest contract with another company and he suggested we reach out to them as well to see if they would handle, what we thought to be a raccoon as to not violate our contract. He went into the attic (helping me move boxes so we could get into the second attic entrance) and found that it was a rat caught in a trap and it happened to be right on top of our hallway attic entrance flopping around. I was able to call my pest control company and they removed the rat and rechecked entry points and helped seal other potential areas that Nestor pointed out to me during the inspection.
