This was on Wednesday late evening. Come Friday and I had not heard anything back despite calls, texts and an email. Friday afternoon I panicked and went to a local FedEx print store to get the banners I needed printed. FedEx was extremely accommodating and got all three of my banners printed beautifully. The total for the three banners a 4x6, and 2-2x2's, was $265.38, which included an$65 up charge for rush delivery. After deciding to go with FedEx, I did the right thing and emailed Signs4Realtors back that I had gone in a different direction. Ten minutes after paying FedEx, I finally recorded a response from signs4reLtors that "your banners are done, total is $357. So me, being a fellow small business owner , I thought tk myself "let's pay for his banners and use them for something else". After not receiving a call until the next day, in fact the next day in the afternoon (less than 24 hours before my event), h finally received a call from Dave. Dave was primarily calling to collect overpriced payment. I reluctantly gave him my credit card info and I finally received confirmation as to when/where I'd pick them up. I had to pick them up on event day from his location, outside since they're closed on Sunday's. After picking the banners up, I unrolled them to find that the quality of the banners was totally unacceptable. Each one had a bad light green bleed over the whole thing. My company banner was even distorted expect though it was sent in a png format. I'm huge on quality control, so I was not able to use the banners at all. Now for the third installment of my negative experience. The day after my event, I sent the owner an email expressing my concerns in an almost exact document as this Yelp review. I asked for a partial to full refund. I received a very quick reply (very surprising) that I would be given 50% back. Could have ended there, probably would have not done a Yelp review to save other people the hassle of worming with this company, but his response included a long paragraph on what I need to do better in terms of turnaround time, sizing, and quality of logos (reminder, FedEx had zero Problem with the Tight deadline or logo format). I thought this was totally unprofessional, especially since he took zero responsibility for the lack of communication and the absolute awful work he provided. Needless to say I won't be using this company ever again, but would also like to educate other small businesses that are liking for quality service, and affordable prices. This is not the one.

On the second round I was having the same design along with a new design made. During this order Jeff became extremely non-communicative and delayed the process. After numerous text messages and weeks passing by he eventually got the final design together and printed the shirts. In addition to the shirts, Jeff was to provide me the actual graphics that I had him create as they were my original designs and it was apart of the payment received. Once Jeff received his payment, he did not provide me the graphic art. I spent weeks emailing and texting him. He kept saying he would get it to me and never gave me what I asked or paid for. I am so disturbed because it was my creation and now I do not have it. I have never done business with someone that has essentially stolen from me because he received payment without producing the full product in addition to it taking months for even some of the product to get to me. I would have been an ongoing customer, but now I would not recommend using his service to anyone. Do not use at all - you'll be stolen from!
