Started out fantastic! The first time I worked with Atlas, they had very reasonable prices and a fast turnaround time! They were pretty responsive to emails as well. The quality of the products we received was outstanding and I have no complaints about that! In the new year though, I started a conversation with Moses about several projects and started getting less and less responses back. For one small order, we got all the way to paying the invoice and after I paid we heard nothing back. It was a rush order and I was told it would take 2 days to complete. It has now been almost 2 months I still have heard nothing in response, I've even reached out to request a refund and have still had no response. read more

Fast responses! I had asked for custom shirts for my sorority's big and little reveal and found a photo off of Pinterest I really liked. Sent in a png of it and explained how I wanted to alter the words to say "do good" rather than "be good". They were able to make them within a day! And although I didn't confirm right away, they were able to make it in 20 minutes of my friend getting there. It's higher quality printing and I definitely was so happy with the way it came out. The only down side was the text got messed up on 3 of the shirts by the black bar rather than just the text. But it's okay cause it looks like a computer screen kind of. Overall, would recommend to family and friends if they want quick and trustworthy printing to be done. read more

I been going to Moses the past 5 seasons for my baseball individual banners. This time time around with a big order two names were spelled. Placed an order at opening ceremonies on March 4th and order wasn't ready until April 4th even though receipt says two weeks. There was zero communication from them about our order unless I initiated it and then when I called to ask about picking up my order I was told it was given to a lady who's somehow associated with our league but I've never met her. Now we have to track her down and see when she's going to be available to give us our order. Such a hassle and so annoying I wouldn't order again. read more

When I told Moses that we were not satisfied, I asked for a refund. To my delight, Moses refunded all my money and we came to agreement that it was all a lesson learned. As a business owner myself, you have to realize that sometimes, not everyone is going to be happy with your service/product and things happen but that's part of being in business. While searching for a printing company, for spirit wear for my daughters softball team, I came across Atlas Print & Design. I sent a message late Friday night. Realizing they were already closed and wouldn't be open again until Monday, I didn't expect to hear from them until then. Much to my surprise, Saturday morning I had a emailed response. Wow, impressed right off the bat. I spoke to Moses on Monday, give him my ideas and again shortly after, I had the price sheets for my softball parents. Although I did not have a designed logo ready, Moses was very patient with me and ended up coming to my rescue by creating the logo I had envisioned. Together we designed shirts, sweatshirts, pennant banners and hats for my team. Did I mention how nit-picky I am about details? Moses accommodated me through the whole process, graciously accepting and revising until I loved our design. While other team moms were scrambling at the last minute for their spirit wear orders from other vendors, I was at ease knowing my guy would come thru. Opening day, we received so many compliments on our spirit wear, I was a VERY PROUD Team Mama, thanks to Moses and his team. I have already referred 2 friends over to him and both have been equally impressed as I still am.
