I had the pleasure of working with Grace to design and purchase my totes for my destination wedding. I found her through a mutual wedding social media page back in December. I reached out to her not knowing where to start, but I knew I wanted to do this tote idea that I saw at a previous wedding and loved the idea. My wedding is in May, so at the time these custom graphic totes weren't at the top of my priority list. I can not thank Grace enough for her diligence and professionalism! Even though I was scattered brained and all over the place, she continued to politely follow up each month until I realized, I hadn't tried to get any quotes from other graphic design/ printers.. but she made that decision very easy. Since she took the time over a few months and gave me awesome pricing for the tote plus screen printing (which I did research to buy blank totes on their own, but Manzo Press Studio's pricing is way less than I found out there), I decided to go with them. I had a large sublimation patch that I wanted trimmed and hemmed to a much smaller size to be sewn on a jacket. After calling eight places and being told that it couldn't be done, or that the patch would be ruined and frayed if it was trimmed, I finally found this wonderful place. Miguel Manzo was the first person who gave me hope when I was about to give up. He's a super friendly easygoing guy who really cares about his clients, very knowledgeable in his field of work, as well as having a very artistic mind. He went above and beyond by giving me ideas on the best way to trim my patch, how he would do it and what it would look like. Saw this website on Instagram and decided to try them out. I purchased the 20$ mask which is a custom design of yours choice and they make it for you, unfortunately very disappointed with it! 1st it says it has +3 LAYERS (POLYESTER FRONT, NON WOVEN STABILIZER FILTER, POLYESTER BLACK BACK) to me it has only 2 layers because I can see right through it, it does have a dark layer at the top but if it's the filter it's a waste cuz it doesn't cover the whole mask just the top part of my nose. 2nd at the bottom 1side is pointy and uneven and the stitching is visible in some parts. 3rd and lastly there's a major crease dead top center of my mask and on the back with a excess flap that's just there like extra material and they just didn't care about fixing it. I know it's not a medical mask but does not have what's promised. Only gave it 1 star because the logo was cool but other than that 0 stars! Not tryn to put people down but it's not like I spent 5$. read more
