I find Grandeur Print Studio, right here in my beloved town. I called, and he answered right away (no telephone tree or AI, but the real person). I discussed my needs, he said "no problem". I dropped off the jacket (only a few blocks from my home). The owner was very kind, very professional, and easy going. 3 days later, I got a text the job was done and ready for pick up. He even took the time to send me a link for pin backing that are more permanent. I picked up the jacket and his work absolutely mirrored the big company where I got the jacket from. If i could give 0 stars i would, im not the type to leave reviews but for this one i have to, i…read morereached out to Allan about a quote for 20 shirts for my uncle's funeral service let him know that i was calling around to get the best price and he quoted me for $12 each shirt, gave me the number of $240 , after calling around i decided to go with they're service since i noticed it was a small business and im all for showing support and going with the small business rather than a big company, anyway everything was great let him know i needed them as soon as possible and he said no problem, told me he'd have them ready for the following day, he came by to pick up the money ( i shoulda known something was up because homeboy showed up to my house on his bike ) he took the money and took a picture of me for the receipt and said he would send me a receipt via email which he never did, waited all day for the receipt and when I didn't get it I began to worry thinking I might have gotten scam, the following day I reached out and asked for an update on my shirts and asked if I could stop by to look at the progress, and when he replied he sent me this " T Shirt Update Your order is currently in production and near completion. A balance of 24.00 is required for taxes. I will send your receipt via email. The shirts will be delivered by 10am tomorrow. " after receiving that text i asked him again if i can stop by to look at the progress and also asked him why he had never mentioned anything about tax before, and trust me i get it everything is taxed now a days but every other business that i deal with gave me the price and also let me know what the tax was gunna be on top of the service. After me asking that question he decided to call me and began yelling at me about how he gave me the best price and the he didn't charge me for the shirts or charge me extra for needing them asap that it was $12 for the print only and that i assumed that it was gunna be $240 that he never gave me that number and was just yelling at me going back and forth all i asked him was why he didn't discuss the $24 for tax from the beginning or when he came and pick up the money nothing more, i went back and forth with him for almost 30 minutes he was gaslighting me telling me that i was broke and a bunch of other stuff, i kept telling him that it was just a question and let him know that i didn't want to continue arguing with him because i needed to go into work and he just had to keep going to have the last word, i decided to let him know that i was not gunna continue having this conversation with him and that i would go and pick up the shirts myself with the $24 in hand and decided to hang up, then he texted me to make sure i have exactly $24 because he didn't have change. I said I will thanks . he showed up to my house the next morning on his bike with the shirts in a clear bag wrinkled and yellow like he purposely got the dirtiest shirts available just to get back at me, on top of the shirts being dirty they were also super thin, before handing me the shirts he stuck his hand out for the extra cash and when I handed it to him he shoved the T shirts at me and before I was able to pull out the shirts to check them out he took off on his bike and shouted "just because I'm black doesn't mean I can't get the job done" I then let him know this had Nothing to do with race, SAVE YOUR TIME & MONEY and go with someone else instead of express print, very unprofessional and rude behavior, things are already hard when your dealing with the lost of a loved one and having to dealing with situations like this makes things even harder

Got my RAV4 wrapped here. They told me it would last 3 years, but I had problems almost…read moreimmediately. First off, I take very good care of my car, so this wasn't from neglect. When I got the vehicle back, I noticed the wrap job was sloppy. Parts of the wrap were already lifting as I drove home. They also broke my AWD emblems on the rear doors and never told me. Luckily, I'm very thorough when looking over my car and caught it myself. Natasha acted weird when I asked about getting them replaced, but they eventually ordered new ones. The problem was I had to come back on a separate day just to get them installed. That should have been taken care of from the start. It's ridiculous that I even had to ask. After only 3 weeks, the wrap started peeling, so I had to bring it back to be fixed. Then after 7 months, it started discoloring and peeling again. I followed the cleaning routine they gave me exactly, so there was no reason for the wrap to fail like that. At that point, I was completely fed up and decided to have the wrap removed about a year after it was installed. Their solution to all of this was offering me $200 off the removal. Before that, Natasha kept giving me the runaround, blaming the wrap manufacturer, and either ignoring or "forgetting" to reply to messages. I had to keep reaching out multiple times just to get updates. When they removed the wrap, my car was covered in sticky residue and fuzz. They left scraps of wrap all over the vehicle, including behind the mirrors. To make matters worse, they damaged the left side of my bumper during the removal process and took paint off my front passenger door handle. To top it all off, after the wrap was removed, I had the exact same issue with the AWD emblems as I did when the wrap was first installed. The emblems were missing again. Natasha initially tried to act like they were never there in the first place. After I kept pressing the issue, she finally agreed to order replacements. That was over a week ago, and I still haven't heard a single update from her. In the end, I spent $3,600 for a wrap that failed, damaged my vehicle, and came with some of the worst customer service I've dealt with. Complete waste of money, I deserve to be refunded for this!!
