In any case they sent over a plumbing apprentice and electrical apprentice to do the job which they charged me an arm and a leg for they had to redo much of the work under the supervision over the phone from the plumber, who was supposed to be on the job. I know the details because I had disclosed that we have cameras all over the house for our business because we have a business and in one of our outbuildings. Every time there was a problem I called over to the plumbing department and said hey this has happened and the guy doesn't know what to do. It was just I want to say shit show but that's an understatement. PS that plumbing work failed and my son and his best friend fixed it as my son used to work for my construction company so I am very familiar with Plumbing. Naturally, we decided not to go back to Simple Energy because we were so disgusted with their work and because the dispatcher was so incredibly rude to me over the phone. He complained that I was spying on his worker while the worker was at my house and I just closed it. I had cameras and of course the cameras are monitored so hello. What he was mad was is that I knew he sent me someone who was really not qualified to do the work . In any case I had put this ridiculously bad Plumbing experience behind us when today a Simple energy propane truck drove through my backyard after delivering Propane to my next-door neighbor. I called Shawn at Simple Energy And said this was not acceptable especially because the driver didn't see me and almost hit me and our puppy as he zoomed through my backyard. You can't trespass you can't drive across my yard, especially if you're not delivering to me two strikes against the company. I don't know if they hire bad people or what but all in all I'd say I had a crummy experience.

They were out within an hour and fixed the furnace. Needless to say, I switched over to Cota Oil to handle all my homes. Can't say enough good things. It's rare to find exceptional service. Ray was recommended by our contractor. He evaluated the spare, determined that there was nothing wrong with it and installed it for a very reasonable price. It's better than the original. Then, I was putting heat tape on the piping and I must've been too rough with the pipes and something started to leak. I couldn't be there. I left it so that Ray could get in. He fixed the leak quickly. I told him I would come up that weekend to pay him and he asked me if I wanted him to turn up the heat because it was very cold. Great plumber! Great guy!

Corey and Tom showed up as soon as they could, worked on it 'til early evening, realized that they needed a special piece of equipment, and said "We'll be back." It took a couple of hours (because they had another emergency to deal with), but back they came, towing a shiny trailer. Over an hour later, they were done and flow was restored. Corey (I think) said "This is the worst one we've ever seen -- don't [brief instructions not for public consumption] and it should last two more weeks." Well, the lovely new system was installed mid-May, and the Beard men enabled us to stay in our home for the nine weeks it took to go through the process. Corey and Tom were polite, knowledgeable, and willing to go above&beyond to do a dirty job right. Six stars!
